Objective:To explore the influence of the pathological stage and surgical methods on gallbladder cancer patients' survival. Methods: Retrospective study was used to analyze 59 patients treated in The Second Hospital of Jilin University from 2010 to 2015.All patients were malignant tumors of gallbladder proven by pathology.According to the Nevin stage, the cases of stage ?,?,?,?,? were 2,12,22,12,11.The cases of simple cholecystectomy group, radical resection group and palliative resection group were 19,28 and 12.Using Kaplan-Meier model and the Log-Rank test to investigate the influence of the pathological stage and surgical methods on gallbladder cancer patients' survival.Results:48 cases were followed up,the follow-up rate is 81.4%.All of 48 cases treated by surgical overall median survival time was 9 months. The median survival time of Nevin stage ?+?,?+? and ? were 30,14 and 4 months.Stages ?+? and ?+? had a higher survival rate than stage ?(P < 0.05).Stage?+? had a higher survival rate than stage ?+?(P < 0.05).The median survival time of the radical resection group, simple cholecystectomy group, and the palliative group were 15,9 and 4 months. The simple cholecystectomy group and radical resection group had a higher survival rate than palliative resection group(P <0.05).The radical resection group had a higher survival rate than the simple cholecystectomy group(P < 0.05).Gallbladder cancer with earlier Nevin stage has the better prognosis than advanced stage. In the appropriate stage, simple cholecstectomy and radical resection group have a longer survival time than palliative resection group(P < 0.05).Radical resection group have a better prognosis than simple cholecystectomy group(P < 0.05).
