Objective: To explore the prognostic effects of lobectomy and sublobar resection(including segmentectomy and wedge resection)in stage IA non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Patients with stage IA NSCLC with tumor size ? cm were selected as the research object.Potential bias was eliminated by propensity matching analysis, and the Kaplan-Meier method was used to compare the overall survival time of the lobectomy and sublobar resection groups. Results: A total of 101 patients with stage IA NSCLC with tumor ? cm were included, including 66 cases of lobectomy,0 cases of segmentectomy, and 15 cases of wedge resection of the lung.Analysis results of 3-year survival time showed: lobectomy, lung segment The prognosis of resection and wedge resection of the lung is similar(OS: HR,1.438(0.6 4-3.315),P = 0.68).Based on gender, smoking history, tumor size, preoperative imaging performance, etc.,a total of 0 pairs of lung resection and lobectomy cases were obtained. There was no statistically significant difference in overall survival time between the two groups(OS:HR,1.610(0.69-9.658),P = 0.599).Based on the propensity matchinganalysis of diabetes, coronary heart disease, tumor size, etc.,a total of 13 pairs of lobectomy and wedge resection cases were obtained, and the overall survival time of the two groups was not statistically significant(OS:HR,.059(0.187-.7),P = 0.541).Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the 3-year survival rate between IA NSCLC sublobar resection and lobectomy.
