Analysis Of Prognostic Factors About Patients With T1b Stage Gallbladder Cancer

Objective: Gallbladder cancer is one of the most invasive tumor among digestive system.It is still controversial on the operating method for gallbladder cancer in T1 b stage.This study was designed to investigate the potential factor which may affecting the prognos is of gallbladder in T1 b stage and to provide data for making reasonable choice for operation.Methods: The data of 41 cases of gallbladder cancer in T1 b stage in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from April 2012 to June 2017 were collected.37 cases of data were adopted after follow-up study.Five risk factors were evaluated including age,gender,whether combined with gallbladder stone or gallbladder polyp,the level of serum CA19-9 and the operating methods.Based on the data of follow-up study on these cases,survival time after surgery were compared in different groups to find out the factors that may affecting the prognosis.The data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software and COX multi-factor regression model was used as statistical method.p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result :Significant difference was found between the groups of patients with cholecystectomy and Gallbladder cancer radical surgery(p=0.004).Significant difference was also found between the groups of patients with different level of serum CA19-9(p=0.000)according to survival rate after operation.While the factors of age,gender and whether combined with gallbladder stone or gallbladder polyp didn't show any statistical difference.COX regression model analysis showed that the level of serum CA19-9(p=0.004)were independent prognostic factors for gallbladder cancer in T1 b stage.Conclusion: The level of serum CA19-9 were independent prognostic factors for gallbladder cancer in T1 b stage.So high level of serum CA19-9 may suggest a poor prognosis.
