Silkvine Stem Lycopodii Tougu Sprays In The Treatment Of Acute Soft Tissue Contusion Limbs (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Clinical Observation

Objective:To evaluate the silkvine stem Lycopodii Tougu sprays in the treatment of acute soft tissue contusion limbs(qi stagnation and blood stasis)clinical efficacy,and to determine the safety of the application.Methods:This study selected 56 patients with acute contusion of soft tissue(joint around),the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of orthopaedics patients were selected from the patients who meet the criteria,will look into the group,in accordance with the test methods of randomized,double-blind and placebo control,multi center observation,The experimental group and the control group was 3:1.According to the requirements of the proportion of 42 cases randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 14 patients,to observe the 7+1 days for treatment and observation of a course,method:test group silkvine stem Lycopodii Tougu sprays,spray the affected area,a 10-20 injection,3 times a day;the placebo group:black bone rattan Lycopodii Tougu sprays simulation agent,spray the affected area,a 10-20 injection,3 times a day.Are required to record the symptoms and signs of patients during the course of treatment,and complete the required indicators of laboratory examination,observation time points were taken before treatment,3 days after the end of 7 and the end of the 1 day,finally summarizes the evaluation of the observation on the efficacy and safety of.Results:(1)the experimental group and the control group can improve acute soft tissue contusion pain,tenderness,swelling and joint dysfunction and other symptoms of TCM syndrome curative effect comparison showed that in the experimental group the total effective rate was 87.8%,control group total effective rate was 69.2%,by statistical ratio of the total efficiency of the two groups P<0.05,the treatment group therapy was superior to the control group curative effect;(2)TCM syndrome integral comparison shows that the two groups after treatment syndrome integral is decreased,but the comparison between the two groups after treatment in the experimental group,pain,swelling and activity function significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),show silkvine stem Lycopodii of Tougu sprays treatment of acute soft tissue contusion limbs have therapeutic implications and the test group was better.(3)during the observation of 2 cases of test group and control group 1 cases of skin irritation,after treatment and the results analysis of Periploca forrestii Lycopodii Tougu sprays small irritation on the skin,the treatment process of three routine tests,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination did not show obvious abnormal results,no obvious adverse accident the test group and the control group,indicating that the drug is safe use.(4)the whole drug observation test group of 1 cases fall off,the removal of the patients in the control group of 1 cases were due to personal reasons rather than drug causes,it is not included in the scope of adverse reactions.Conclusion:the external force caused by limb acute soft tissue contusion,silkvine stem Lycopodii Tougu spray treatment more significant effect,especially has good effect on the treatment of pain and swelling and activity function,and convenient use,good safety.
