| Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the curative effect of the Yi Qi Hua Tan Huo Xue decoction in the treatment of aged stable angina pector is with high homocysteine levels(phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficience).At the same time,we also observe the plasma homocysteine levels.Methods: 72 aged patients who were diagnosed with stable angina with high homocysteine blood(phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficience)were rando mly assigned to control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36).Control grou p patients received an western medicine foundation treatment for stable coronar y heart disease in addition to folic acid and vitamin B6 and vitamin B12;Treatm ent group patients received an western medicine for stable coronary heart disea se in addition to Yi Qi Hua Tan Huo Xue decoction.All patients in two grou ps both received treatment for a total of 14 days.After the treatment,we com pared the plsma homocystineine changes and angina peceoris curative efficacy before and after treatment in each group.Results: 1.Angina pectoris curative efficiency comparison: The treatment group effe ctive rate is 86.7%.The control group effective rate is 76.7%.The comparing of the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Nitroglycerin stopped re duction of treatment group is better than the control group.The comparing of the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant d ifference in ecg curative effect between in the two groups(P>0.05).2.TCM Symptoms efficiency comparison: The treatment group effective rate is 93.3%.The control group effective rate is 76.7%.The comparing of the tw o groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Among the individual symptomsof traditional Chinese medicine,the efficiency of chest pain,ches tightnesst and heart palpitations have higher efficiency compared with the control group.The comparing of the two groups have not statistical significance(P>0.05).Among the individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the efficiency of short ness of breath,tired weakness and heavy body trapped have higher efficiency compared with the control group.The comparing of the two groups have statis tical significance(P<0.05).3.The Hcy level: After two weeks treatment,the treatment group Hcy leve l decreaed from 39.92±10.05umol/l to 26.69±13.17umol/l,the average had falle n byover 13.22±9.72umol/l.The control group Hcy level decreaed from 44.34±16.13umol/l to 33.64±14.72umol/l.The average had fallen byover 10.70±9.62 umo l/l.After two weeks treatment,both groups had lower plasma homocysteine.Th e comparing of the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatme nt group have higher efficiency compared with the control group,but the compa ring of the two groups have not statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Before and after treatment of blood,Surine,stool conventional liver and ki dney function tests are not abnormal.The comparing of the two groups have n ot statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: This clinical observation shows: the treatment of the Yi Qi Hua T an Huo Xue decoction can significantly lower blood homocysteine.At the sam e time the Yi Qi Hua Tan Huo Xue decoction can improve the angina pectori s curative efficiency and TCM Symptoms efficiency comparison of aged stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficience). |
