Clinical Observation Of Shugan Li Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Chlolecystitis Qizhixueyuxing

Purpose:Exploration and clinical investigation of the theory of chronic cholecystitis,observe the curative effect on cholecystitis(qi stagnation and blood stasis).Methods:according to case selection criteria,40 patients with chronic cholecystitis and qi stagnation were selected according to clinical observation.the patients were treated with 1-40 serial number,before and after treatment,the patients were treated with Shugan regulating vital energy Huayu Zhitong method,the drug was treated with Tianjiang granule,1 dose daily,twice a day before meals,4 weeks as a course of treatment,and 1 course of treatment.Record the indicators before and after treatment,data processing and statistical analysis.Results:the total effective rate was 94.74%in 38 patients after treatment.The effective rate of the efficacy of TCM syndrome was 94.74%;Before and after treatment,the syndrome score of 18.42 2.62,5.79 4.79,statistical analysis,z=-5.376,p<0.01,have significant differences,have statistical significance;The effective rate of the treatment was 81.58%and 94.74%respectively.The integral comparison of primary and secondary disease before and after treatment(p<0.01),there were significant differences,with statistical significance;After treatment,the total effective rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 89.89%,and before and after treatment were 4.05 1.21,1.87,z=-5.350,p<0.01.there were significant differences in color Doppler ultrasound imaging before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Soothing liver,regulating qi and removing stasis and relieving pain can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cholecystitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis type obviously.2.Soothing liver,regulating qi and removing stasis and relieving pain can improve the color Doppler imaging findings of patients with chronic cholecystitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis effectively.
