The Clinical Observation Of Primary Dysmenorrhea(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)with Gasification-stasis Pain Decoction

Objective:Discuss TCM for primary dysmenorrhea, to evaluate the curative effect of Zini huayu zhitong decoction on primary dysmenorrhea(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) and its safety. And to provide basis for Zini huayu zhitong decoction’s application in clinic and further scientific researches.Method:This study collected in March2010-2011July56cases of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital gynecology clinic diagnosis of primary dysmenorrhea (Qi stagnation and blood stasis),randomly divided into treatment and control groups treatment of29cases by the Zini Huayu zhitong decoction.control groups of27cases by Shaofuzhuyu capsule. Both groups were continuation of3cycles, respectively before treatment.treatment of3cycles. Based on the evaluation standard of dysmenorrheal effect. change of evaluation standard of TCM syndromes and symptoms scores.Results:Comparison of two sets of clinical efficacy in patients with:total efficiency of the treatment group92.9%, total efficiency of the control group80%.Through statistical analysis, Recent clinical comparison of the two groups are no significant differences (P>0.05), significant differences in long-term clinical comparison of two groups(P<0.05).curative effect of treatment is better than the control group. And TCM syndromes in improving symptoms of dysmenorrheal integral, treatment significantly better than control groups. Related factors showed that age, history, the severity of the effect of no significant impact. During the drugs used in treatment and control groups found no obvious adverse effects and side effects.Conclusion:Zini huayu zhitong decoction can improve pain intensity of dysmenorrhea and obvious improve the symptoms. The prospective afficacy is aspecially outstanding, this therapeutic method achieves the purpose of treatment and consolidation effect. According to TCM theory, by Chinese traditional treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is effective and safe.
