Effect Observation Of Modified Dachengqi Decoction Retention Enema Treatment Curative On Postoperative Abdominal Constipation Of Lumbar Disc Prolapse

Objective:Comparison modified Dachengqi decoction retention enema and plug the dew of postoperative abdominal constipation enema treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion clinical curative effect.Methods:From fuzhou general hospital of nanjing military region orthopaedic (orthopedics department NO.1and NO.2) and people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine orthopaedic during July2012to November2012were the lines of120cases of patients with lumbar posterior nucleus pulposus enucleation,selection of44patients with postoperative3days not defecate,29cases of men and15women,ranging in age from20to50years old,the average age of35.Using randomized controlled methods,according to the order in hospital was a randomized,single number is control group22cases (male16cases,female6cases),with a plug enema,every time two (dose of40ml),once a day.Double number22cases for treatment group (malel3,female9cases),application of modified Dachengqi decoction (total40ml) decoction into retention enema,1bag each time,once a day.Application of statistical methods to compare two groups of patient’s age,gender,prominent lumbar segment,no significant statistical difference.Before the treatment,8h,24h after treatment comparing two way within and between groups meaning is,sensory function, stool frequency,defecation time,excrement and urine and the pain.Overall curative effect evaluation after the treatment.Results:1,44cases with no lost,the gender,age and prominent lumbar segment have significant statistical differences between the two groups of comparable.2, the two groups before treatment,sensory function,stool frequency,defecation time,feces and pain no significant statistical difference,comparable.3,two way in meaning is a significant difference before and after the treatment,after treatment between the two way meaning is a significant difference.4,before and after treatment in two way feeling function has significant difference,between the two way feeling function has significant difference after treatment.5,two way in stool frequency have significant difference before and after the treatment,treatment betweethe two way back then had significant difference.6,two way in defecation time had significant difference before and after the treatment,treatment between the two way back time has significant difference.7,two way of feces and pain had significant difference before and after the treatment,after treatment between the two way stool properties and pain have significant difference.8,the modified Dachengqi decoction flavored treatment group curative effect is superior to plug the dew in the control group.Conclusion:The modified Dachengqi decoction retention enema is superior to treatment curative on postoperative abdominal constipation of lumbar disc prolapse.
