The Curative Effect Of Acne Cream Of Mild Moderate Acne And The Effect On Sebum Excretion Rate

Goals: Observe the curative effect of acne cream of mild to moderate acne and the effect on sebum excretion rate.Method: For the 61 people,we take a randomized controlled way to group.The treatment groups with 32 people and the other is control group which have 29 people.For the treatment group,we give them the acne cream for external use while the control group we give them Adapalene Gel for the same goal.And all the patients we have the treatment of plater mold of traditional Chinese Medicine treatment.Before the beginning of the treatment we let these people fill out a group of the basic situation of themselves.During the process,we give these person a further consultation once a week.We make 4 weeks a course of treatment.When it was finished,we reobserve and record the change of the sebum excretion rate,the change of skin lesion integral and the possible untoward effect.After the treatment,we follow up 4 weeks and count the recurrence rate.Outcome:1.After the course of treatment,the total efficiency of treatment is 85.00%.For the control group,the total efficiency of treatment is 69.00%.The 2 groups compared,the difference have statistical significance(p<0.05).2.After the course of treatment,for the treatment group,the point of the level to the skin lesions is 0.75±0.98 in average,the point tonumber of the skin lesions is 0.69±0.96 in average,the point to the color of the skin lesion is 0.69±0.97 in average and the point to the skin swollen pain is 0.13±0.49 in average.For the control group,the point of the level to the skin lesions is 1.38±1.32 in average,the point to the number of the skin lesions is 1.31±1.22 in average,the point to the color of the skin lesion is 1.38±1.21 in average and the point to the skin swollen pain is 0.13±0.49 in average.After the treatment,the 2 groups compare with the point to the lesion,the number,the color and the swollen pain,the treatment group is much better than the control group(p<0.05).3.After the treatment,the sebum excretion rate of the treatment group is 1.28±0.20?g/cm2·min in average while that of the control group is about 1.56±0.21?g/cm2·min in average.After the treatment,the sebum excretion rate of the 2 groups all decreased,and the difference have statistical significance.(p<0.05).And the treatment group is much better than the control group,the difference have statistical significance(p<0.05).4.After the treatment,we follow up 4 weeks,we followed up all healed men of the 2 groups and found 3 people recurrenced.The treatment group recurrenced 2 people,the recurrence rate is 28.57%.The control group recurrenced 1 people,the recurrence rate is 50.00%(p<0.05).Conclusion: The acne cream can help the mild moderate acne patient decrease the sebum excretion rate.It can improve the situation of their Severity of facial skin lesions and has the high safety.
