Clinical Research On Balance The Massage Method For Genu Recurvatum Of Children With Cerebral Palsy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Balance the massage method combined with conventional rehabilitation for the Genu Recurvatum of children with cerebral palsy and provide both a new treatment and reference for children with the disease.Methods: Sixty children cases met the criteria with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group on the basis of the randomised number table,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with both Balance the massage and rehabilitation,while the control group was treated with simple rehabilitation.Genu recurvatum angle were observed and recorded before and4 courses after the treatment respectively.And the clinical efficacy was evaluated through statistical analysis on the basis of the data obtained.Results:1.Two groups of children with their Genu recurvatum angle by the comparison between before and after treatment,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05)between them.2.Genu recurvatum angle of two groups after treatment,the differense between them was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In terms of the effectiveness of Genu recurvatum angle,research group and control group reached 86.67% and 73.33% resPectively after treatment,which showed there was statistical significance(P < 0.05)between them.4.Children with cerebral palsy did not appear massage-related adverse effects like bone fracture,bleeding,coma,infection and soft tissue injury during treatment.Conclusions:1.Balance the massage combined with rehabilitation and conventional rehabilitation can both reduce the genu recurvatum Angle.2.While compared to conventional rehabilitation,the combined treatment can work much better.
