Objective:Using tension balance theory to guide massage therapy to treat spastic cerebral palsy, explore its effect on upper limb muscle tension and fine motor function, observe its clinical effect, evaluate its clinical practical value, and provide clinical basis for popularizing non-invasive painless, safe and effective tension balance massage method more suitable for children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:55 children with spastic cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the order of visit.according to the age of the children(2-4 years and 4-6years),the children were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group according to the stratified randomization method, and 51 effective cases were finally completed(26 in the observation group and 25 in the control group). The observation group was treated with tension balance massage, once a day, rest 2 days after 5 days of continuous treatment every week, the total treatment observation was12 weeks, and compared with tension balance acupuncture, the muscle tension score(MAS)of the upper limb, the upper limb function score(UEFT),the child function independence score were compared with the tension balance needle method.(Wee FIM)To evaluate the overall effect of tension-balanced massage therapy in children with spastic cerebral palsy and its effect on muscle tension and fine motor function of upper limb.Results:1.Comparison of upper limb muscle tension score(MAS)between two groups:(1)There was no significant difference between the MAS scores of the two groups at the6 th weekend(P>0.05).(2)The MAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the foot course of the two treatments could significantly improve the muscle tension of the upper limb of the children;(3)The difference of MAS score between the two groups after treatment,Z=1.470,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the effect of the two treatments to improve muscle tension is comparable.2.Comparison of upper limb function scores(UEFT)between two groups:(1)TheUEFT scores of the two groups increased significantly at the end of the 6th week and after treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that the two treatments could improve the fine motor function of the affected limbs.(2)The difference between the two groups before and after UEFT score treatment,Z=1.123,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the effect of the two treatments to improve the fine motor function of the affected limb was comparable.3.Comparison of functional independence scores(Wee FIM)between the two groups:(1)The Wee FIM scores of the two groups increased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).(2)The difference between the two groups before and after Wee FIM score treatment,t=1.018,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the effect of the two treatments to improve the comprehensive activity ability of the children was comparable.4.Comparison between the two groups : Total effective rate was 88.46% in the observation group and 88.00% in the control group.Compared with the overall effect of the two groups of children, after statistical test,P>0.05,no statistical significance, suggesting that the overall effect of tension balance massage method and tension balance needle method is equivalent. Conclusion :Tension balance massage method can effectively reduce the upper limb muscle tension of children with spastic cerebral palsy, obviously improve the fine motor function, improve the children's daily life ability, improve the quality of life, has a good clinical effect. The tension balance massage method was applied to the spasmodic muscle and antagonistic muscle of the upper limb of children with spastic cerebral palsy by means of finger instead of needle.
