Objective: Contrast research Prescription of Chushitongbi,modified Baihu and Guizhi-Xuanbi decoction's treatment of acute gouty arthritis' joints' pain?swelling?fever and other symptoms of clinical curative effect.Method: We have collected 70 cases to bring into this research from October 2014-October 2016,using the random number table grouping,the observation group of 35 cases,control group 35 cases.During the observation process,as the case fall off etc,we only have had 32 cases in the observation group?32 cases in the control group.Final data statistical analysis in 64 cases were studied,by observing Prescription of Chushitongbi,modified Baihu and Guizhi-Xuanbi decoction subtraction on acute gouty arthritis' joints' pain,swelling,fever,the symptom such as function integral,the influence of to evaluate Prescription of Chushitongbi the clinical efficacy of treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Result: 1.The overall efficient evaluation: observation group after treatment,the clinical recovery in 4 cases,8 cases had marked effect,19 cases effective,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.86%;The control group after treatment,clinical recovery in 2 cases,5 case had marked effect,effectively and 21 cases,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 87.50%.The observation group curative effect is better than that of control group.2.The observation group and control group after treatment,the symptoms total score were significantly improved,P < 0.001.3.Observation group joint swelling degree of symptoms integral improved significantly better than that of control group,P< 0.001,the observation group of joint dysfunction symptoms integral down more compared with control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion: Such as joint pain,tenderness,surface,fever,the affected joint number has good effect,reduce the effect of joint swelling around,dysfunction particularly remarkable.Show that Prescription of Chushitongbi in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has certain application value,embodies the advantages of evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
