Methods:36 SD rats were devided into three groups accoarding to the principal of random. Each group consisting of 12 rats: sham-operation group,physiological saline group,shenfu Injection group. After the rats were anesthetized by the 10%chloralhydrate, we fastend them to the wood panel. Tracheotomy was executed in order to exposuse the right carotid and trachea. Siemens Elema and cardiogram monitor were connected to the rat in order to observe the blood pressure and electrocardiogram.The frequency of the Siemens Elema is 50, the tidal volume is 6ml/kg. The inguinal arteries was detached in order to set up a strip of intravenous line Cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation was executed on five mintures after Cardiac arrest. Besides take the general medicine, Shenfu injection group had been given shenfu injection as the deepness of 2.0ml/kg, physiological saline group had been given physiological saline as the same dosage as Shenfu injection group. The sham-operation group only do the operation of ambulatory anesthesia,fixation. The medicine of Cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation were giwen in every two mintures till the rats come around. When the rats were come around, they were killed after 24 hours. The liver function and kidney function were tested in the Laboratory Medicine.The SOD activity and MDA contents of the liver,kidney, cardias muscle, brain were tested after the operations was finished. Then we take the technique of TUNEL to check the apoptosi of the brain and heart tissue.Reuslt:The MDA of the tissue:Compared with sham-operation group, the physiological saline group have increased (P<0.05), Compared with the physiological saline group, the shenfu injection group have decreased (P<0.05); The SOD of the tissue:Compared with sham-operation group, the physiological saline group have decreased (P<0.05), Compared with the physiological saline group, the shenfu injection group have increased (P<0.05). The rate of apoptosis deoxynucleo of the heart and Brain tissue:Compared with sham-operation group,the physiological saline group have increased (P<0.05), Compared with the physiological saline group, the shenfu injection group have decreased (P<0.05)Conclusions:Shenfu injection has a protective effect on the tissues of every organs after CPCR. The mechanism of its protective effect may related to anti-oxidation and repression of apoptosis, and all this has provide a rationale on thi clinic.
