Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis With Kidney Deficiency And Du Meridian Cold Syndrome By Addition And Subtraction Of Quhan Zhitong Prescription

Objective: In this study,we used Quhan Zhitong Prescription to treat the Ankylosing Spondylitis patients of kidney deficiency and Du meridian cold,observed the changes of TCM syndrome integral and curative effect index before and after treatment,in order to confirm that Quhan Zhitong Prescription has good effect in improving clinical symptoms,disease activity and related inflammatory indexes and pain levels of patients with kidney deficiency and Du meridian cold Ankylosing Spondylitis,and provided a reliable and effective solution for clinical treatment of this disease.Improving the quality of life of patients.Methods: Choose the patients who meet the kidney deficiency and Du meridian cold Ankylosing Spondylitis,and divide them into the control group and the treatment group according to the principle of random grouping.Among them,the control group: patients were treated with compound Chuanxiong indomethacin(Xiancao)1 pill tidpo and thalidomide tablets(Thalidomide)50 mg bidpo.Treatment group: compound Chuanxiong indomethacin(xiancao)1 pill tidpo and my tutor based on many years of clinical experience,self-made addition and subtraction of Quhan Zhitong Prescription one dose per day(300 ml),two times after breakfast and dinner,a dose of 150 ml for treatment.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Sample data were collected through the changes of TCM syndrome integral,curative effect index(lumbar motion,BASFI integral,BASDAI morning stiffness integral),inflammatory index(ESR,CRP)and pain degree(using VAS table score)before and after treatment.The data were analyzed and evaluated by statistical software SPSS 17.0.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of addition and subtraction of Quhan Zhitong Prescription on Ankylosing Spondylitis patients with kidney deficiency and Du meridian cold syndrome.Result:1.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the pain VAS score,BASFI score and BASDAI score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the lumbar motion of the two groups were improved.The improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,ESR and CRP index values were reduced,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6.During the treatment,no adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction of Quhan Zhitong Prescription has significant clinical effect on Ankylosing Spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du meridian cold.2.The addition and subtraction of Quhan Zhitong Prescription has obvious effect on improving TCM syndrome score,lumbar motion,pain score,BASFI score,BASDAI score and inflammatory index of Ankylosing Spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du meridian cold.
