And to explore its mechanism.Methods:18 cases of patients of kidney-yin deficiency of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group of 9 cases were treated with Chinese medicine of zuogui pill addition and subtraction, the control group of 9 cases were treated with Remifemin.4 weeks was a treatment course and observe one course; the two groups were observed before and after administration of the main symptoms to improve the situation, the development of syndromes observed score sheet unified score, calculation of total score values before and after treatment,level change of hemorheology and serum E2, FSH, LH. To analyse the effect of clinical medicine.Results:1,Clinical effect:treatment group:cure rate was 11.1%, markedly effective rate was 11.1%, efficiency was 77.8%, inefficiency was 0%, the total effective rate was 100%. The treatment also can significantly improve the patient's serum sex hormone. It can suggest that zuogui pill addition and subtraction can effectively treat kidney-yin deficiency of the syndromes before and after menopause. |
