Objective:To observe the TCM syndrome integral and Holter index for the Xi nNaoTongLuoYe(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and to explore th e clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart dis ease with premature beat.Method:Select 42 patients with coronary heart disease premature beat who were conform to the standard(Syndrome differentiation of qi deficienc y and blood stasis).The Patients were treated by XinNaoTongLuoYe whi ch usage was three times one day and the dosage was 20ml every time.The Period of treatment is four weeks.Then wo should measure the TC M syndrome scores.At the same time,We should take some dates from 24-hour Holter electrocardiogram.Including the premature beats,average heart rate,heart rate variability on image quality.Date were analyzed us ing SPSS 19.0 software to evaluate the efficacy of the clinical observat ions.Results:1.The curative efficacy of TCM symptoms:Compared the score of T CM symptoms before and after treatment,The TCM symptom score decre ased after treatment,The difference was statistically significant.After trea tment(P<0.01),the total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 87.5%.A mong them,there were 14 cases were markedly effective(35%)and 21 ca ses were effective(52.5%),only 5 cases were ineffective(12.5%).2.The curative efficacy of 24-hour Holter electrocardiogram:Compar ed the number of premature beats before and after treatment,The numbe r of premature beats decreased after treatment.The difference was statist ically significant(P<0.01).Compared the mean heart rate before and afte r treatment,The difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Compa red the Heart rate variability(SDNN?SDANN?SDNNindex?rMSSD?PN N50)before and after treatment,The difference was statistically significa nt(P<0.01).The total effective rate after the treatment of premature bea t was 80%,The total effective rate of supraventricular premature beat,p remature ventricular contraction,supraventricular premature beat and vent ricular premature was respectively 81.82%?75.00%?80.00%.Conclusions:1?XinNaoTongLuoYe can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease and premature beat(Qi deficiency and bloo d stasis type).2?XinNaoTongLuoYe can reduce the number of premature beat of patiengts with coronary heart disease and premature beat(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Without mean heart rates change.3?XinNaoTongLuoYe can increase the date of heart rate variability of patients with coronary heart disease and premature beat(Qi deficienc y and blood stasis type)and improve autonomic nervous function.
