Clinica Efficacy On Flavored Four Ginseng Soup Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Supraventricular Premature Beat And Its Influence On Heart Rate Varibility

Objective:By observing the flavored four ginseng soup treat coronary heart disease(CHD) merge supraventricular premature beat (blood stasis and both qi and yin deficiency),the change of piece of premature beat and the heart rate variability(HRV).Discusses the flavored four ginseng soup’s influence on heart rate variability and the clinical efficacy of supraventricular premature beat.Method:The patients are chosen from the hospitalized patients from the Department of Cardiology in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine between the date March 2014 and June 2015.Strictly in accordance with the inclusion criteria collect 62patients. According to random number table,62patients are divided into the treatment group and control group,each group has 31 patients.The control group adopts the basic therapy of conventional CHD treatment and psychological treatment,the treatment group adopts the basic therapy and flavored four ginseng soup treatment.Course of the treatment is three weeks.SPSS17.0 statistical software were used between the two groups for the ameliorative rate of supraventricular premature beat,heart rate variability(SDNN、SDANN、 PNN50) and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom for statistical analysis.Results:1.TCM symptom:The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group is 83.33% and 48.33% respectively. There was distinct difference between the treatment group and the control group(P< 0.01).2.The ameliorative rate of supraventricular premature beat:the treatment group superior to the control group,Compared two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Heart rate variability(SDNN、SDANN、PNN50):In the treatment group,before and after treatment,compared the numbers have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The flavored four ginseng soup can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of the coronary have disease patients with supraventricular premature beat (blood stasis and both qi and yin degiciency).2.The flavored four ginseng soup can enhance the parameter values of heart rate variability of the coronary heart disease patients with supraventricular premature beat (blood stasis and both qi and yin degiciency).
