ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture by retaining long time combined with electro-acupuncture on the treatment of cerebrovascular disease gait and balance disorders,to explore the reasonable scheme of acupuncture treatment of this disease, improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.MethodsResearch object: According to the inclusion criteria of this study, patients who were admitted to the acupuncture department ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object. The selected cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 24 cases.Treatment: According to the "Expert Consensus for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases",the two groups of patients were treated based on individual differences. On this basis, the control group used Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture, and the needle was routinely retained for 30 minutes;the observation group On the basis of treatment in the control group, electroacupuncture was applied to both the parietal temporal anterior oblique line of the scalp needle and the bilateral suboccipital paraline for 30 minutes, and then the electrodes and other acupuncture needles were removed, and only the scalp needle was left for 8 hours.Patients in both groups were treated once a day,6 days a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Observation indicators: Take Tinetti Mobility Test(TMT)scale,Berg Balance Scale(BBS),10 m walking and dual task 10 m walking pace and step length as the main therapeutic indicators; The Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scale is a secondary efficacy index, which is evaluated objectively by an independently trained acupuncturist.Statistical method: SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical data analysis. All count data were tested by ?2,and measurement data were expressed by(ąs);paired t test was usedfor comparison before and after the group, and independent sample t test was used for comparison between the two groups.Rank sum test was used for comparison between ordered data groups.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.ResultsFinally,46 cases completed treatment, including 23 cases in the observation group and 23 cases in the control group.1.By comparing the data of the patient's gender, age, course of disease,MMSE score and pre-treatment TMT,BBS,MBI scale score,10 meters and dual task 10 m walking gait parameters, the two group data are comparable;2.After treatment, the TMT and BBS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the observation group was better than the control group;3.The 10 m walking and dual task 10 m walking pace and step length of the two groups of patients were significantly increased compared with before treatment, and the observation group's step speed under dual task walking was significantly increased, which was significantly different from the control group after treatment, but There was no significant difference between the two groups in step size improvement;4.The MBI scale of daily life of the two groups of patients was improved after treatment, and the observation group score increased significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion1.Acupuncture can significantly improve the gait and balance disorders caused by CSVD,improve the patient's daily life ability, and reduce the risk of falling.2.Scalp acupuncture by retaining long time combined with electro-acupuncture therapy gait and balance disorders CSVD effective than ordinary needling, and can significantly improve patient walking speed in the dual task.3.Scalp acupuncture by retaining long time combined with electro-acupuncture treatment of this disease is effective, and no side effects, easy to spread,as the acupuncture treatment CSVD gait and balance disorders present a new treatment option.
