Clinical Observation Of Invigorating Spleen And Stomach Treatment With Functional Dyspepsia Of Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy effect of invigorating Spleen and Stomach treatment with functional dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency syndrome.Methods:Collected 43 patients with functional dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency syndrome from January 2016 to January 2017 in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine).Treated by the invigorating Spleen and Stomach treatment.The curative effect was observed before and after treatment.The experiment took 2 weeks as a period of treatment and the whole course.The whole course was 4 weeks and the post-treatment follow-up would be in the next 23month.The condition can be judged that is clinical cured if the functional dyspepsia primary symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and secondary symptoms disappeared within 4 weeks,and patients do not need to take the decoction.Fill in clinical case registration form in the process of 0 and 4 week,observe the main and the secondary symptoms,spiritual mentality symptoms,then record it.after the study looked at were analyzed to observe the change of the illness who with functional dyspepsia.By inputting the data into the software of SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.Results:Among the 43 patients,3 cases exited.Among the other 40 patients,6 cases were clinically cured,there were 18 patients markedly effective,13 patients effective,and 3 patients had no effect,total effective rate was 92.5%.Clinical study in the treatment group to invigorating Spleen and Stomach and regulating Qi treatment of 40 cases of patients,then compared and analyzed with the symptoms integral before and after treatment,the result show that significant difference that p less than 0.01.Compared degree of main,secondary symptoms and signs,there existed significant differences after 0 and 4 week treatment(p<0.01).When finish the treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of patients with anxiety and depression were obvious cut down than those at the beginning of treatment.Stop follow-up 3 months after treatment,the treatment group,5 cases were recurrent,the recurrence rate is 13.5%.Conclusion:There are certain therapeutic effect of invigorating Spleen and Stomach and regulating Qi treatment with functional dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency syndrome.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,also has low recurrence rate and good long-term effect.
