The total score of patients with chronic diseases in the willing of using the intelligent health management system was 66.29±6.17.Their willingness of using the intelligent health management system has been implicated or demonstrated to the lower age,the higher education level, residence in the urban area, higher income(P<0.05).Social forces and usefulness are the main factors for patients to consider the using of intelligent health management system.57% of the respondents were willing to pay a certain fee for the intelligent health management system,63.3%of which were prepared to pay less than ?100 per month.?The total score of nurses in the willing of using the intelligent health management system was 73.49±9.50,which belongs to superior middling.Their willingness of using the intelligent health management system has been implicated or demonstrated to title, daily self health management, having ever used of the health management APP and the preparation of providing intelligent health management services(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis displayed that title, the length of the daily using mobile phone to manage self health, having ever used of the health management APP and the preparation of providing intelligent health management services affected the nurses' willing of using the intelligent health management system. The main factors impelled nurses to use intelligent health management system were the intention to use,the usefulness of the system and the society, the technical factor hampered the nurses to use the system.2.Intervention research:?The results of repeated-measures analysis of variance indicated that there was statistically difference between the control group and the intervention group in the life quality scale for breast cancer patients(FACT-B)(P<0.01),which present an increasing trend in the patient's life quality dimension score over time(P<0.01),and showed no interaction between intervention and time(P>0.01).?The results of repeated-measures analysis of variance indicated that there was significant difference in self-efficacy scale score between the control group and the intervention group(P<0.01),and there was an increasing tendency of patients' self-efficacy scale with time(P<0.01),There was no interaction between intervention and time(P>0.01).?The results of repeated-measures analysis of variance indicated that the score of chemotherapy side effects no increased than the control group, the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.01),and there was no interaction effect with the two factors of time and group(P>0.01).Conclusion1.The use willingness of intelligent health management system is median in patient with chronic diseases and belongs to superior middling in nurses, but the development and use of intelligent health management is still facing the test, need to further improve its professionalism and safety, and better for both sides to provide convenience.2.The usage of intelligent health management system for breast cancer patients can improve their life quality and self-efficacy,without evidence alleviating the degree of the chemotherapy side effects.
