Objective:The purpose of this study was to understand the status and correlation of cancer-induced fatigue,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer. To explore the effects of self-management support based on health education prescription on cancer-induced fatigue,self-care level, degree of radiation dermatitis and quality of life in patients with breast cancer radiotherapy. Methods : A random sampling method was adopted to select 74 breast cancer radiotherapy patients in the radiotherapy ward of a third-grade A hospital in Inner Mongolia from March 2019 to December 2019.Random number table method was adopted to divide them into groups, with odd Numbers in the control group and even Numbers in the intervention group. Before the beginning of the study, basic information questionnaire was used to collect basic data of patients in both groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the intervention group received self-management intervention based on health education prescription. The health education prescription manual was compiled based on the first part of the research data, literature database and the content of group discussion. The duration of the intervention was 8 weeks.Patients were evaluated simultaneously with the Cancer Fatigue Scale, the self-care ability scale, the quality of Life scale for breast cancer patients, and the radioactive skin injury scale before the intervention, the third week of the intervention, and the eighth week after the intervention. The data were summarized and the results were analyzed. Results:A total of 74 patients were included in this study, and 72 patients completed all intervention, including 2 patients with abscission. There were 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the intervention group. There were no statistically significant differences inage, gender, education level, cancer stage, radiation dose and other aspects between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.Other results are as follows:1.Cancer fatigue,self-care ability, quality of life, and radiation dermatitis were all at moderate levels in the two groups.2.Intervention in 8 weeks, the experimental group patients, the overall index comparison before all have significant difference(P<0.05),the above level ? radioactivity skin damage cases less than the control group, the overall index is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Self-care ability and scores in four dimensions were positively correlated with total score of quality of life and scores in five dimensions, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).3.Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of Cancer Fatigue Scale,self-care ability, quality of life,or radioactive dermatitis(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.4.Intervention in the third week, the experimental group patients with self-care ability contrast before the intervention had significant difference(P<0.05),cancer-related fatigue and quality of life compared to intervene ago there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the above level ? radioactive skin damage cases less than the control group, the overall index is better than that of control group(P<0.05).5.The total score and three dimensions of cancer-induced fatigue were negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life and five dimensions, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.01).Conclusion:This study found that the current stage of breast cancer radiotherapy patients with cancer-induced fatigue,self-care ability and quality of life are at a moderate level. There was a negative correlation between cancer-induced fatigue and quality of life.Self-care ability is positively correlated with quality of life.Self-management intervention based on health education prescription can alleviate patients' fatigue, improve self-care ability, improve the quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of radioactive skin damage. It provides areference for the further study of nursing care of postoperative radiotherapy patients with clinical breast cancer.
