Clinical Observation Of Fangfeng Xiaoyin Decoction To Treat Urticaria And The Correlation Between Hp

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of gastrointestinal dampness-heat pattern urticaria with FangFengXiaoYin decoction;To investigate the relationship between the incidence of urticaria and Helicobacter pylori infection.Method:78 patients with urticaria were enrolled,Control group drop 2 cases(2 patients were removed from the study for some reason).Finally 76 patients completed clinical observation,Randomized controlled clinical trial,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,treatment group 39 cases,control group of 37 cases.The treatment group was treated with FangFengXiaoYin decoction,Control group was treated with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules and Cimetidine Tablets.Observation 6 weeks,once every other 2 weeks,respectively,in the 2,4,and 6 weeks to observe each time,record the symptom score,after 6 weeks of statistical integration and determine the efficacy of the detection of Hp.At the end of the observation,the patients were followed up every 6 weeks.Result:1,After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.17%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 54.04%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared with the rank sum test,P<0.05,there was significant difference,the results were statistically significant.The treatment group than the control group,the FangFengXiaoYin decoction can obviously improve the symptoms of urticaria and pruritus wheals.2,The results showed that the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic urticaria was significantly higher than that in healthy control group.After 6 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate was statistically analyzed,in the treatment group,7 cases of recurrence of urticaria,recurrence rate of 20.59%,the control group of recurrence in 9 cases,recurrence rate of 45%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group.Conclusions:1,Treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat pattern urticaria was significantly effective with FangFengXiaoYin decoction;Side effects,high safety,low recurrence rate.It is an effective prescription for treating gastrointestinal damp-heat urticaria.2,The control group with FangFengXiaoYin Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with urticaria is better than oral administration of Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules and Cimetidine Tablets.
