Acupuncture Treatmentof Pelvicinflammatory Diseasesequelaeof Chronicpelvic Pain,Clinicalstudies

Background:Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain,is a variety of pelvic inflammatory disease recurrent deferment,long course of the disease is difficult to cure and easy to induce,bring serious problems patients body and mind to live and work.antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain effect is not ideal,but for pelvic inflammation acute attack effect is good.its more for symptomatic treatment,physical therapy treatment is generally,antimicrobial agents,and other drug treatment,surgery if necessary.Research purposes:By observing the acupuncture find out the clinical effect of treatment of chronic pelvic pain,contrast the treatment characteristics of acupoints,expected to guide the clinical doctors to guide to the health of patients with chronic pelvic pain and acupuncture treatment,to alleviate the pain of patients.Research methods:This study object derived from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology outpatient and inpatient,the diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae-patients with chronic pelvic pain(qi and blood stasis type)45 cases(5 cases were asked to quit,falls off in 5 cases,3 examples error,2 cases records is not complete),finally observed 30 cases of patients.collecting related material,with the general situation,the TCM syndrome before and after the treatment,the local symptoms integral,and check the situation for recording,using statistical analysis software analysis before and after treatment of grading,indirect evaluation clinical effect and its practicability.Results:1.Patients in TCM syndrome after treatment,the respect such as local symptoms were improved,through the comparison,points lower than before treatment,after treatment was better than before treatment,after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05).2.Patients recovered after treatment rate was 16.67%,the efficiency was 43.33%,effective rate was 26.67%,no efficiency was 13.33%,total effective rate was 86.67%.Conclusion:Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain is characterized by a high recurrence rate,cure rate is low,long course of disease,lingering painless wait for a characteristic,is the childbearing age women’s common diseases,serious influence patient’s physical and mental health,local hard to absorb western medicine commonly used antibiotics,antibacterial drugs,poor curative effect,long-term use easy cause intestinal dysbacteriosis and drug resistance,so there is no specific treatment measures.the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pelvic pain is widely used at present,willing to accept patients,reduce the side effects of the antibiotics,but also regulate the body,rise more convenient treatment effect is obvious.this research adopts the clinical controlled trials before and after treatment in the group,the scale of syndromes and symptoms scale assessed,and the change of blood rheology detection and monitoring results,such as acupuncture,chronic pelvic pain,provide extensive basis for its practicability in clinical.before and after the acupuncture treatment of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensive integration,the rank and inspection shows significant differences before and after treatment symptoms and signs,with statistical significance.
