Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the triple acupunc-ture nerve entry point on the upper limb motor dysfunction in patients with stroke recovery, and to explore the effect of this therapy on the upper limb motor function and daily living ability. Methods:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture the deltoid, triceps brachii and the nerve entry point of extensor digitorum, the specific acupuncture was selected as the 1/3 position, the 15-19cm line above the humerus triceps transepicondylar, vertical medial 4-6cm greater tuberosity, refers to the 1/3 position, received electroacupuncture;the control group selected "acupuncture therapy" on stroke upper limb traditional acupuncture points(Jianyu,Quchi,Hegu acupoint and hand three)acupuncture, after the gas connection acupuncture treatment. Two acupuncture time were 3 0 minutes each time,2 times a day,6 days per week of treatment, rest 1 days,a total of 4 weeks of treatment, and were given conventional rehabilitation therapy, including scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training. The index selection of simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score(upper limbs),modified Barthel Index(upper limbs),modified Ashworth scale. All data are processed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The comparison between the two groups of patients before and after treatment in the FMA score were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the triple acupuncture nerve entry point and traditional acupuncture can improve the upper limb function of patients;the triple acupuncture nerve entry point improve the upper limb function in patients is superior to the traditional acupuncture.(2)The comparison between the two groups of patients before and after treatment in the MB I score were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the triple acupuncture nerve entry point and traditional acupuncture can improve the daily living ability of patients;the triple acupuncture nerve entry point improve the daily living ability in patients is superior to the traditional acupuncture.(3)The comparison between the two groups of patients before and after treatment in the MAS score werestatistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the triple acupuncture nerve entry point and traditional acupuncture has certain inhibitory effect;there was no significant difference between the two groups in MAS score after treatment(P>0.05),indicated that the triple acupuncture nerve entry point was equivalent to that of traditional acupuncture in the inhibition of muscle tension.(4)The curative effect of the two groups of patients with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the triple acupuncture nerve entry point is superior to conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:1.Triple acupuncture nerve entry point can effectively improve the upper limb function of patients with upper limb motor dysfunction in stroke recovery period, and the curative effect is better than that of traditional acupuncture.2.Triple acupuncture nerve entry point can effectively improve the daily living ability of patients with upper limb motor dysfunction in stroke recovery period, and the curative effect is better than that of traditional acupuncture.3.Triple acupuncture nerve entry point has a certain inhibitory effect on the upper limb muscle tension in patients with upper limb motor dysfunction during the recovery period of stroke, and the curative effect is equivalent to traditional acupuncture.
