| Objective:Treatment of uterine adenomyosis with qi and blood circulation(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),to observe the clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment changes,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of qi and blood circulation therapy in the treatment of this disease,providing the theoretical basis and effevtive methods for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Thirty-two patients with AM were selected to meet the criteria of this study,which fell off in 2 cases,given qi and blood circulation treatment of 3 menstrual cycle,take their own before and after the control method,to observe the clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment?improvement of TCM symptoms?dysmenorrhea?serum CA125?Uterine volume and other changes,statistical analysis was performed,evaluation of efficacy.Results:Thirty patients treated by this study,0 case was cured,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 13 cases,invalid in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 73.33%;The improvement of TCM symptoms:significant improvement in 9 cases,partial improvement in 13 cases,no improvement in 8 cases,the total improvement rate was 73.33%;The changes in dysmenorrhea:4 invalid,16 effective,8 markedly effective,2 sick,the effective rate of up to 86.67%;Serum CA125 levels were reduced from 30 patients before treatment tO 9 cases before treatment.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores?dysmenorrhea points?serum CA125 levels were significantly lower than before treatment,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),however there was no significant change in uterine volume before and after treatment and no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Qi and blood circulation method can improve patient clinical symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis type adenomyosis,especially for patients with dysmenorrhea is particularly significant improvement.2.Qi and blood circulation method can reduce the serum CA125 levels. |
