| Objective: In this study,through the observation of addition and subtraction of Tiaoqi Xiaozheng Recipe to treat dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis,analyze the clinical effect of Tiaoqi Xiaozheng Recipe to treat dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis of qi stasis and blood stasis Safety,and provide a reference for the treatment of this disease safely and effectively.Methods: This study observed,compared and analyzed the dysmenorrhea degree,dysmenorrhea symptoms,TCM symptoms,uterine size,and serum CA125 levels of 40 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type adenomyosis before and after treatment.Results: Four patients fell off during the treatment.Compare the dysmenorrhea degree of 36 patients before and after treatment: 2 cases recovered,18 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,3 cases invalid,total effective rate: 91.67%;dysmenorrhea symptom score: 2 cases cured,9 cases markedly effective,20 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,the total effective rate: 86.11%;TCM symptom score: 1 case recovered,4 cases markedly effective,28 cases effective,3 cases invalid,total effective rate: 88.89%;patients After treatment,the degree of dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea scores,TCM syndrome scores,and serum CA125 levels were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P <0.05),and after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the uterine volume of patients before and after treatment was compared with before treatment There was no significant difference(p> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Modification of Tiaoqi Xiaozheng prescription can effectively al eviate the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type adenomyosis,which can especially improve the degree of dysmenorrhea in patients.2.Modification of Tiaoqi Xiaozheng prescription can significantly reduce the serum CA125 level of dysmenorrhea patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type adenomyosis. |
