ObjectiveObserve and study the treatment of acne with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with red and blue light, and compare them with the two alone.Compare the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, recurrence rate and self-evaluation of the three methods in the treatment of acne,so as to provide more references and better treatment measures for the clinical treatment of acne.MethodsFrom July 2018 to June 2019,patients diagnosed as acne in dermatology clinic were selected, the subjects of the study were subpopulations who had been evaluated and approved by the ethics committee, and the following conditions were met:1.The age ranged from 18 to 35 years old;2.Facial acne is mild to moderate.3.There was no history of external and oral medication in recent 3 months.4.No history of photosensitivity and allergy to salicylic acid drugs.Patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Group A was treated with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid and red and blue light. After 7 days interval, the patients were treated with red and blue light for 2 weeks once,4 times in total.Group B was treated with30%supramolecular salicylic acid once every 2 weeks and 4 times.Group C was treated with red and blue light once a week for 8 times.Prior to treatment,an informed consent form was signed and the matters needing attention in this study were carefully explained to the patients. Before each treatment, the patient thoroughly cleaned the facial skin, the same observer determined the extent and type of skin lesions, and took photos with a digital camera to record the changes of skin lesions. The total treatment time was 8 weeks. After the course of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated, including recording the adverse reactions of patients and self-evaluation.The recurrence was observed and evaluated 2 months after the last treatment.Results1.A total of 178 valid cases were collected from ABC three groups, including 85males and 93 females, aged between 18 and 35 years with a median age of 27 years. There was no significant difference between the three groups in general data such as disease course, age, sex and severity of disease(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rates of the three groups of ABC were65.00%,48.33%,and 50.00%.Comparing the effectiveness of the three groups of ABC,the difference was statistically significant(Z=8.212,P=0.016,P<0.05);The efficacy of group A was significantly better than that of groups B and C,while the therapeutic effects of BC two groups had no difference. There was a statistically significant difference in the count of non-inflammatory skin lesions between the three groups of ABC(Z=18.051,P<0.001,P<0.05);the non-inflammatory skin lesions in group A subsided better than those in group B and group C;the regression of non-inflammatory skin in group B is better than that in group C.There was a statistically significant difference in the count of inflammatory skin lesions between the three groups of ABC(Z=6.963,P=0.031,P<0.05),the inflammatory skin lesions in group A subsided better than those in group B,while AC and BC had no difference. After 8 weeks of treatment, the effective rates of the three groups of ABC were 81.67%,56.67%and 55.17%.Comparing the effective rates of the three groups of ABC,the difference was statistically significant(Z=13.061,P=0.001,P<0.05),the efficacy of group A was significantly better than that of groups B and C,while BC two groups had no difference in therapeutic effects.Compared with the count of non-inflammatory skin lesions among ABC three groups, the difference is statistically significant(Z=25.330,P<0.001,P<0.05),the regression of non-inflammatory skin lesions in group A is better than that in group B and group C,and the regression of non-inflammatory skin in group B is better than that in group C;The comparison of the inflammatory skin lesion counts between the three groups of ABC was statistically significant(Z=10.389,P=0.006,P<0.05),the inflammatory skin lesions in group A subsided better than those in group B and group C;and there was no difference in the regression of inflammatory skin lesions between groups B and C.3.Compared the self-evaluation of three groups of ABC,there was statistical significance in the skin fineness of three groups(Z=18.289,P<0.001,P<0.05),the self-evaluation of group A was higher than that of group C;the self-evaluation of group B was higher than that of group C,but there was no difference between the two groups of AB;the skin gloss of three groups was statistically significant(Z=7.157,P=0.028,P<0.05);the self-evaluation of group A The evaluation was higher than that of group B and C,but there was no difference between the two groups. There was statistically significant difference between the three groups(Z=6.161,P=0.046,P<0.05).The self-evaluation of group A was higher than that of group B and C,but there was no difference between the two groups.4.There were no systemic adverse reactions in the three groups. The adverse reactions during the operation can be tolerated after the next treatment or multiple treatments;the adverse reactions after the operation include dry skin, desquamation and pigmentation. There was no significant difference between the three groups(?~2=0.902,P=0.924,P>0.05).5.Two months after the completion of the treatment, the recurrence rate of the three groups was 5.17%,16.98%and 21.57%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(?~2=6.490,P=0.039,P<0.05)by chi square test. The recurrence rate of group B and group C was significantly higher than that of group A,that is,the recurrence rate of the single treatment group was higher than that of the combined treatment group, but there was no difference between the control group B and group C.ConclusionThe curative effect of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with red and blue light in the treatment of mild and moderate acne is better than that of single treatment. The combination of the two has synergistic effect, better curative effect, high compliance of patients, obvious long-term curative effect, and supramolecular salicylic acid is better than red and blue light in the treatment of non-inflammatory skin lesions.Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with red and blue light in the treatment of mild and moderate acne has not been compared with other treatment measures for acne, and no severe or more acne has been selected this time.We look forward to the next step of comparative study.
