Study Of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Therapy On The Treatment Of Chronic Low Back Pain In Athletes

Objective: chronic low back pain is the most common clinical symptoms of rehabilitation medicine,and Department of orthopedics,the following is a group of back and waist,hip bones pain as the main symptoms of the syndrome.Due to the characteristics of the occupation and the particularity of the training,the intensity of the waist movement and load is higher than that of the non sports population,and the incidence rate of chronic low back pain is higher.Chronic low back pain is a chronic disease of athletes and coaches.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the patients with dialectical medication,the use of medicine decocting,boiling produced by the steam,fumigation treatment site to achieve the purpose of treatment of a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.At present,the research of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of chronic low back pain in athletes is not sufficient.This study is to investigate the effect of fumigation therapy on chronic low back pain.Research method: The research will meet the standard in patients with chronic low back pain athletes aged 20-40 in patients with chronic low back pain in 60 cases as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,applying traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and oral administration of Chinese medicine two kinds of interventions,using literature research,evaluation of experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other scientific methods two kinds of treatment for chronic low back pain treatment.Research results: After treatment,the clinical curative effect of fumigation group,while ADL score evaluation in clinical pain VAS score,HAMA score,mental state evaluation of ability of daily life,disability index ODl score and other indicators,after treatment of < after a course of < before treatment of,the symptoms improved significantly,and the oral group only in VAS the score index difference,other indexes before and after the difference is not significant.Research conclusion:1.Chinese medicine fumigation therapy has obvious curative effect in the treatment of chronic low back pain disorders in athletes,either from the pain,psychological adaptation,daily life ability recovery,physical activity functions have obvious clinical effect of intervention,a month of treatment the effective rate as high as 93.3%,the treatment effect is obviously better than that of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration.2.Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in the treatment of chronic low back pain in athletes,it has advantages of clinically proven effect,high safety,painless comfortable,easy to implement good,patients with high degree in the course of treatment,high comfort,psychological state of positive performance,the three aspects of hair sweat,through steam penetration,the analgesic effect of traditional Chinese medicine performance mechanism,in order to achieve the purpose of treating disease,worthy of clinical application.
