Objective:investigate the pestle needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of Lumbocrural pain (cold dampness syndrome) clinical effect, to provide reference for clinical treatment of Lumbocrural pain (cold dampness syndrome).Methods:collect 60 patients in 2014.03-2014.12 met the inclusion criteria of Lumbocrural pain in Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of T.C.M as the research object,were divided into groups 1:pestle needle plus herbal fumigation group;group 2:Acupuncture plus Herbal Fumigation group;group 3:Herbal Fumigation group, each group had 20 cases,3 group was treated with different treatment. At the end of treatment and were followed up after the end of one month. After the treatment, and follow-up of the indicators were recorded and analyzed. Criteria for the simplified McGill scale [visual analogue scale (VAS), pain rating index (PRI), present pain intensity (PPI), lumbar JOA score for efficacy evaluation The results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS19.0.Results:after 28 days of treatment efficacy of the 3 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,3 groups were effective for low back pain, treatment of 3 groups were compared with each other, at the beginning of the end of treatment, the pestle needle plus herbal fumigation group is better than acupuncture plus Herbal Fumigation group and pure herbal fumigation group, through the comparison of two two (P<0.05), there was significant difference.Conclusion:for Lumbocrural pain patients with cold dampness syndrome, pestle needle combined with herbal fumigation have much goods,such as curative effect.obvious symptom improvement advantages.
