Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Low Back Pain With Electroacupuncture Combined With Fumigation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation on chronic low back pain,and to affect the classification and pain assessment of patients with chronic diseases by traditional chinese medicine(TCM).Will study the case collection,draw a reasonable conclusion,evaluation shows that electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation on chronic low back pain has a positive curative effect advantage,for the new era of traditional chinese medicine treatment of low back pain patients to provide a new method and treatment.Methods:fifty patients who met the criteria for the diagnosis of chronic low back pain were selected from the outpatient and inpatients of the department of moxibustion in Jiangsu Provnice Hospital of chinese Medicine as a case study,and all the selected medical records were divided into two groups by random number table method.The study was divided into two groups:electroacupuncture group(control group)and electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation group(observation group).The treatment group(observation group)was treated with acupuncture plus fumigation with traditional chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with ordinary treatment alone,with a standard of 5 times a week for a continuous period of 2 weeks.The curative effect was counted after the end of treatment(for those who recovered after less than 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was counted according to the end of observation),and the statistical curative effect was followed up for 2 weeks after the end of treatment.The evaluation index passed the visual analogue pain score(Visual analogue scale,VAS)and the low back pain subscale(JOA),and then the "Diagnostic criteria for Chinese Medical Diseases" was determined by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese MedicineResults:after treatment,the effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine funigation was higher than that of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).(2)the VAS score of electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation and electroacupuncture group was higher than that of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05),and the effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation was the highest in electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation and electroacupuncture group.(3)in the comparison of the two groups,electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation and electroacupuncture group improved a lot in the(JOA)score of low back pain subscale,such as main symptom,physical sign,sensory disturbance,motor obstruction and so on,and the score was P<0.05.the results showed that the score of electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation and electroacupuncture group was much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:electroacupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation has a superior effect on the improvement of low back pain,which has a significant impact on the poor life of patients with low back pain,and can be used more in clinical bed.
