The Influence Of Huangqibaoxin(hqbx)Decoction On Patients With Heart Failure After Acute Myocardial Infraction

Objective:To observe the influence of Huangqibaoxin(HQBX)Decoction on heart functions and the quality of life on Patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infraction,through the observation of cardiac functional grading.BNP.LVEF.LVEDd.Six minute walk test,the quality of life and TCM symptoms integral.Methods:70 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected as the research object,then divide them randomly into control group(n=35)and treatment group(n=35),give all patients with comprehensive treatment of Western Medicine,and moreover,treatment group with Huangqibaoxin(HQBX)Decoction.About 3 mothons later,we collected data such as cardiac functional grading,BNP.LVEF,LVEDd.Six minute walk test and cardiac remodeling related indicators before and after treatment,and performe statistical analyses with SPSS version 16.0.Results:Cadiac function effect:compared with the control group,treatment groups' NYHA decreased more remarkably(P<0.05),LVEF?LVEDd and BNP change remarkably(P<0.05),6 minutes walking distance increased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05);Quality of life:MLHFQ and SF-36 are inproved,the difference of SF-36 is more obviously(P<0.05);The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms integral(P<0.05).Conclusions:HQBX decoction can improve heart function and enhance the quality of life on patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infraction.also it makes better effect together with captopril.
