The Clinical Research Of Huangqibaoxin Decoction For The Heat Failure Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy And Hyperuricemia

Object:To observe the Intervention of Huangqibaoxin decoction for the heat failure patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and Hyperuricemia.Methods:According to the the selected standard, choose 60 patients of Western diagnostic criteria of dilated cardiomyopathy; heart failure;Hyperuricemia,and TCM diagnostic criteria of heart failure syndrome (Qi deficiency and blood stasis). The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group was treated with routine western medicine add Huangqibaoxin decoction; while the control group only with routine western medicine treatment. The treatment period was 3 months,3 months later compared the cardiac functional grading, TCM symptom scores, ultrasonic cardiogram, levels of uric acid, laboratory examination changes of these patients.Results:Cardiac functional grading were improved significantly after treatment in the patients of two groups, and the therapy group have obvious advantages than the control group, there is statistical significance(P<0.05); Total effective rate:90% in the treatment group than in control group 76.67%, but no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05); The UA levels:The two groups after treatment UA levels were significantly lower than that before treatment, shows the statistically significant (P<0.05), the comparison of UA levels among groups after treatment, shows the statistically significant (P<0.05), hence, the therapy compared to the control shows a great effect. TCM symptom scores:After treatment, the patients in the two groups TCM symptom scores was both lower than before, the therapy group of symptom scores decreased more significantly, better than the control group (P<0.05); ultrasonic cardiogram: After treatment, the LVEF figure of the two groups increased, comparison among groups, and the therapy group is better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05); and the LVEDd figure of the two groups is drop slightly after the therapy, but there was no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, Huangqibaoxin decoction can improved their cardiac functional grading and the LVEF figure. This decoction have a curing effect because of improving cardiac function; for the heat failure patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and Hyperuricemia, Huangqibaoxin decoction have good intervention on the UA levels, it can decrease the UA levels which is better than routine western medicine treatment.
