Arthroscopy With Homemade Proprietary Chinese Medicine Gubiling Tablets Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis ? Period Clinical Observation And Analysis

Objective:to observe the arthroscopy with homemade proprietary Chinese medicine GuBiLing tablets of clinical curative effect for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ? period.Methods:using randomized controlled methods,select in YanCheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2015 and December 2016 hospitalized patients with knee osteoarthritis,a total of 40 patients,the treatment group and control group,20 cases with postoperative oral homemade proprietary Chinese medicine treatment group with arthroscope treatment,GuBiLing tablets control shall be arthroscopy with postoperative oral glucosamine hydrochloride treatment,treatment for 2 weeks,1 month,2 months follow-up after surgery.Before and after treatment in patients with two groups of clinical curative effect,VAS score and the Lysholm score comparison,SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:the treatment group effective rate was 85%,the control effectiveness 90%,treatment group curative effect in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).VAS score in treatment group and control group after treatment,the Lysholm score before treatment were improved,no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Follow-up after January,period of treatment group(46.30 ± 7.87)%,the control period is(42.73 ± 7.96)%,treatment group period is higher than the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference.After two months of follow-up,period of treatment group(47.13 ± 6.4)%,the control period is(70.41 ± 5.89)%,the control period is better than that of the treatment group,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:the arthroscopy with our homemade proprietary Chinese medicine GuBiLing tablets can be safely and effectively improve the symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,especially the phenomenon such as pain,swelling,and up and down the stairs difficult,delay the time of knee osteoarthritis attacks,improve the quality of life.GuBiLing tablets early curative effect is better than that of glucosamine hydrochloride,over time,the curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride was slightly better than GuBiLing tablets.
