The Clinical Research Of Using Yi Gan Fu Pi Tang To Treat Post-cholecystectomy Diarrhoea Of Gan Yu Pi Xu Zheng

Objective:To observe the clinical effect by using Yi Gan Fu Pi Tang to treat Post-cholecystectoi Diarrhoea Of Gan Yu Pi Xu Zheng and to improve the quality of life of patients.What is more discuss the functionary mechanism and characteristics of Chinese medicinein in theory and emphasize the superiority of Chinese medicine treatment and provide evidence for the apply this method in diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Followng the principle of random and control,Sixty patients who meet the standard of P(of Gan Yu Pi Xu Zheng were fell into treatment group and control group.The former is giv with the Experienced Chinese medicine of Yi Gan Fu Pi Tang,while the latter is given with 1 Western medicine of Sucralfate Tablets and Bifidus triple viable capsule.The two groups have statistical discrepancy in the sex,age,course of disease,state of disease and the state of 1 quality of patients' life.Until the end of cure,we observe synthetic effect,including the remitter of clinical symptoms and the improvement of the quality of life.Results:(1)Clinical research shows that both two groups have the effect of relieving clini symptoms of PCD.What is more,treatment group has more effectiveness,whcih has statisti evidence support(P<0.05).However,the two groups also have differences in relieviving 1 specific symptoms.In items of the main symptoms of changing the frequency and Traits Defecation,the treatment group is more effective,which has statistical support.For second symptoms of Lower abdominal pain and Abnormal bowel sounds,both two groups have 1 efficacy,while the treatment group has more advantages.This result has the support of statisti significance(P>0.05).The two groups also have the efficacy in treating abdominal distention,1 the treatment group has more benefits than the other.This result has statistical d support(P<0.05).With respect to raise Appetite and the state of Belching,the treatment group ha obvious advantages,and the statistical data is much meaningful(P<0.01).On the contrary,the Control group plays the invalid role.The data has no statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Connec-tion of PCD with quality of Life:The total score of PCD clinical syndrome is positively correlated with the overall score of quality of life scale(0<correlation coefficient r<1).The treatment group is superior to the control group in alleviating the clinical symptoms and improving the quality of PCD patients'life.Conclusion:Yi Gan Fu Pi Tang can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms.Such as Defecation,Lower abdominal pain,Abnormal bowel sounds,abdominal distention,etc.And Yi Gan Fu Pi Tang can also reduce the negative emotions of patients,in order to improve the quality of patients' life.The clinical comprehensive effect of Yi Gan Fu Pi Tang is effective.
