| Objective To investigate the effects and safety of Huanglian Lizhong Tang on the diarrhea in cirrhosis patients By analysing the arguments and causes,analysing the Pathogenesis and Composition Characteristics of the Huanglian Lizhong Tang,with the theory and tne modern worid Pharmacological research TCM in it.In order to analyse the Mechanism of the diarrhea in cirrhosis patients.which will delay the progress disease and improve the quality of life,To provide the valuable treament for clinic doctors.Methods 1 All the cases came from 106 patients in the liver Department of Hubei hospital from October 2015 to December 2017,all aged 18-65,all met the criteria for diagnosis of cirrhotic diarrhea,the TCM disease was catharsis,syndrome differentiation for spleen kidney deficiency.Divided into two groups,which treatment group were 53 cases,control group were 53cases,according to the principle of randomization.There was no significantdifferenceingender,ageandChild-Pugh classification(P>0.05).2 Both groups of patients were given conventional Western medical treatment(etiological treatment,liver protection and correction of hydrolytic disorders,supplementation of albumin and other related treatment).The treatment group gave Huanglian Lizhong Tang in conventional Western medicine,adjusting the specific drugs for symptoms,take 100ml,twice a day;Control group was given compound acidophilic Bacillus tablets,(which Specification is 0.5 g per slice),take 2 tablets third a day.7 days were taken in both groups.Observe and compare the individual symptom score,curative effect score and laboratory index of two groups of patients before and after treatment.3 months follow-up after treatment.Before and after treatment,safety examination was performed.3 SPSS21.0 statistic software was used to analyze the Clinical data,the test level P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results 1.Comparative results in symptom score:The results showed that the total score of TCM symptoms decreased in the two groups after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,there are statistical differences in relieving diarrhea and improving bowel movements(P<0.05).It is suggested that the two treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group scored lower than the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that Huang Lianli Zhongtang has a better effect in improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine.Both groups showed a decrease in individual symptom scores compared to the pre-treatment(P<0.05),In the treatment group,there were significant differences in the improvement of diarrhea,cold abdominal pain,cold limbs,yellow head urine and soft symptoms of waist and knee compared with the control group(P<0.01),It's showed that the effect of improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better.2.Comparison of laboratory indicators:The results showed that the treatment group could significantly improve ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB,PT and PLT in patients with cirrhosis and diarrhea,(P<0.05).The comparison between groups showed significant differences in group(P<0.05)That is,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving liver function,coagulation function,and yellowing.The results of faecal flora analysis showed that the effective rate of Yin transfer in treatment group and control group was 68.2%and 42.1%,However,the X~2 test showed that P>0.05 had no statistical significance,that is,there was no obvious advantage in the analysis of fecal flora and conversion in the treatment group and the control group.3.Comparison of the total curative effects of two groups:The total effective rate of improvement of TCM symptoms in treatment group and control group was 86.79%and 60.38%(P<0.05).It is suggested that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM symptoms.Comparison of the total curative effect after two groups of treatment:The total effectiveness of treatment group and control group was 83.02%and50.94%,respectively.The total therapeutic effect level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of relapse rate and safety evaluation:The results of the two groups were compared on the recurrence rate after 3 months of follow-up.Of 44 cases,0 cases recurred.Of the 32 cases with effective control group,8 recurrences were detected by X~2test,which indicated that the treatment group was not easy to relapse.ConclusionThe clinical symptoms and signs of diarrhea patients with cirrhosis of the spleen,kidney and kidney deficiency could be significantly improved by the addition and subtraction of Huanglian Lizhong Tang.To a certain extent,it can improve the liver function and coagulation function of patients.Dissolved jaundice significantly,And safe and effective and not easy to relapse,it is worthy of clinical application and further research. |
