Objective:To explore the effect of Sishengkong therapy on the psychological stress of patients with perioperative breast cancer,so as to further explore the method of psychological treatment of perioperative breast cancer patients to promote its postoperative recovery and improve the prognosis.Method:30 patients who met the inclusion criteria for breast cancer with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups:15 patients in the control group and 15 patients in the experimental group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment.Patients of experimental group were given Sishengkong therapy based on routine treatment,the two groups of patients were observed.Before and after treatment by observing the improvement of symptoms indicators:Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),stress symptoms of clinical score.The changes of hematologic traits:serum cortisol(Cor),nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were observed before treatment,1 day,4 days and 7 days after operation.Evaluate clinical outcomes based on these two indicators.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the total psychological status(total score)was significantly improved in the experimental group compared with the control group(the total score,the number of positive items,somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,Hostility,terror,paranoia,mental and other factors)were significantly lower,statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group(diet,sleep,skin,muscle joints,attention,life,mental quality),the clinical scores of the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in NO and SOD between the experimental group and the control group at 1 and 4 days after the operation(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on the seven day after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Cor between the experimental group and the control group on the first day after operation(P>0.05),and Cor was significantly different at 4 and 7 days after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Sishengkong therapy for perioperative breast cancer patients have improved the negative mood,but after a short period of time with surgery,anesthesia and other stimuli,may affect the extent of such factors.May need to improve the implementation of treatment steps,to be further explored.2.Perioperative breast cancer patients during routine treatment combined with Sishengkong therapy,to further strengthen the psychological treatment effect,has a certain clinical value.At the same time,the method of improving the psychological stress of the patients can improve the immunity of the patients and provide a new practical direction for the perioperative breast cancer patients.
