ObjectiveOur research is in order to investigate psychological status of perioperative patients with breast cancer in a hospital in Qigihar City and analyze the factors which influence the patients’ psychological status, in order to provide theoretical basis and reference data for clinical nursing work,effectively control the unhealthy feelings of the patients with breast cancer and improve the operation safety and promote the patient recover soon. MethodsWe use general data questionnaire, self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS), depression self rating scale(SDS) and common cause mental state questionnaire in 100 cases of hospitalized patients for understanding psychological state of its changes in perioperative patients with breast cancer and exploring influence factors of perioperative patients with breast cancer. Using Excel 2007 software to input survey data, using SPSS 20.0 to analyze the data. ResultsThere are 63 perioperative patients with breast cancer who have anxiety and 90 patients who have depression. This result is similar to the results of the study in many regions.As you can see the results of the survey, the influence factors of anxiety status in perioperative patients with breast cancer include marital status, fertility circumstance, religious belief, surgical procedure, preparing for postoperative radiotherapy, preparing for endocrine therapy, the impact of disease on the future life and social support(P〈0.05). The patients who married or have fertility have lower incidence of anxiety(66.0%); The incidence of anxiety in patients with confirmed breast surgery is lower(54.3%); The incidence of anxiety in patients with preparing for postoperative radiotherapy or endocrine therapy is lower(44.9% and 20.0%); The patients with higher level of social support have lower incidence of anxiety(55.7%).The influence factors of depression status in perioperative patients with breast cancer include marital status, fertility circumstance and preparing for endocrine therapy(P〈0.05). Patients who married or have fertility have lower incidence of depression(33.3%); The incidence of depression in patients with preparing for endocrine therapy is lower(60.0%).In order to ease patients’ adverse psychological mood such as anxiety and depression, we should further strengthen nurses’ skill training and strengthen nurses’ psychological intervention on the patients to regulate patients’ emotions and improve patients’ life quality. Conclusion 1. The incidence of anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period in a hospital in Qigihar city was high. 2.The influence factors of anxiety status in perioperative patients with breast cancer include marital status, fertility circumstance, religious belief, surgical procedure, preparing for postoperative radiotherapy, preparing for endocrine therapy, the impact of disease on the future life and social support. Breast conserving surgery is a protective factor for anxiety of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. The risk factors of anxiety in patients with breast cancer during perioperative period are generally not prepared for postoperative radiotherapy and general social support. 3.The influence factors of depression status in perioperative patients with breast cancer include marital status, fertility circumstance and preparing for endocrine therapy. Married is a risk factor for depression in patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. 4.The incidence of anxiety and depression among married patients with breast cancer during perioperative period is higher than the unmarried patients.The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with breast cancer who had had a child during perioperative period is higher than that in the patients who had not had a child. 5.The incidence of anxiety and depression in who have ready to do endocrine therapy after surgery is lower than who are not ready to do endocrine therapy after surgery.
