Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of "New Method Of Adjust The Menstrual Cycle" In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility And Its Correlation With Anti-mullerian Hormone

Purpose:1.To verify the clinical efficacy of "New method of adjust the menstrual cycle" in the treatment of PCOS infertility under the guidance of "7 rate";Compare the clinical efficacy and clinical number of visits of the two different methods of "New method of adjust the menstrual cycle" and the "Traditional method of adjust the menstrual cycle ",Verify the repeatability of "7 rate" about the reproductive physiological cycle and the law of medication of the law;2.To investigate the correlation between serum Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),Free testosterone index(FAI),HOMA-IR index,Luteinizing hormone(LH),Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),LH/FSH,Fasting insulin(FINS),Fasting blood glucose(FPG)Tabletans(DHEA),Body mass index(BMI).Materials and Methods:Select 100 cases of 100 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility in Jiangsu Province.Randomly divided into observation group of 50 patients to "A new method of adjust the menstrual cycle" treatment and control group of 50 patients to the "Traditional method of adjust the menstrual cycle" mode of administration;Observe the clinical effective rate,clinical pregnancy rate and the number of visits after treatment.All patients's serum sex hormones were test with chemiluminescence method(Follicle stimulating hormone FSH,Luteinizing hormone LH,Estradiol E2,Testosterone T,Prolactin PRL,Progesterone P,Dehydroepiandrosterone DHEAS,Sex hormone binding globulin SHBG).Determination of Fasting blood glucose FPG?Fasting serum insulin FINS and Serum AMH levels by chemiluminescence method.Calculation the Stable model of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and Free testosterone index(FAI).In addition we select 20 cases of normal pregnant women and 20 healthy women's serum samples,to compared with PCOS patients serum AMH.Comparison of the results before and after treatment with SPSS 21.0 data packets for analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the treatment course between the observation group and the observation group,but the number of visits was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.The levels of serum Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),Testosterone(T),Free testosterone index(FAI),Fasting insulin(FINS)and HOMA-IR index were observed reduced in the observation group and the control group.The body mass index(BMI)decreased,and the sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG)was higher than that before treatment,which was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment;4.The serum Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)in PCOS patients was significantly higher than that in healthy women,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.The serum AMH of pregnant women after PCOS pregnancy was higher than that of normal pregnant women,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.AMH was positively correlated with T,FAI,The number of follicles,LH/FSH and the number of days of amenorrhea,and had no significant correlation with FINS,BMI and HOMA-IR.Conclusion:1.The efficacy about the "New method of adjust the menstrual cycle" in the treatment of PCOS infertility with the "Traditional method of adjust the menstrual cycle "was similar,But in reducing the number of visits to facilitate patient visits,increase compliance has a certain value.For the treatment of PCOS infertility to provide a more secure and effective new ideas.2.AMH as a sensitive indicator of PCOS patients can be used to determine the severity of PCOS and prognosis.
