Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of The Method Of Tonifying Kidney And Regulating Menstrual Cycle Treat For The Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility Of Kidney Deciency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: By the way of treating polycystic ovary syndrome infertile patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with the method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle,observe the follicle development,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus,basal body temperature,ovulation rate,pregnancy outcome of the patients,to observe the clinical effects of the method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle for Polycystic ovary syndrome infertile patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method: Collection of polycystic ovary syndrome infertile patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria of 60,divided into the treatment group and control group,30 in each group.The treatment group received the method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycl,the control group received the the CC add Estradiol Valerate.Observed the follicle development,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus,basal body temperature,ovulation rate,pregnancy outcome of the patients,assessed the difference between the two group.Results: 1.Comparison of the total effective:In the treatment group,the cure rate was 33.3%,the show efficiency rate was 16.7%,effective rate was 36.7%,ineffective rate was 13.3%,the total effective rate was 86.7%.In the control group,the cure rate was 10.0%,the show efficiency rate was 20.0%,effective rate was 40.0%,ineffective rate was 30.0%,the total effective was 70.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the rate of ovulation and pregnancy: For the periodic ovulation rate,the treatment group was 46.2%,the control group was 61.6%,the control group was better than the treatment group(P<0.05).For the rate of pregnancy,the treatment group was 33.3%,the control group was 10.0%,the treatment group was better than the control group.(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus:In the treatment group,the endometrial thickness was(8.41±1.780)mm,the cervical mucus score was 7.49±2.894;in the control group,the endometrial thickness was(7.26±1.739)mm,the cervical mucus score was 5.99±2.340.The endometrial thickness and cervical mucus in the treatment group were both better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the BBT: In the treatment group,BBT of typical double phase was 18.5%,untypical double phase was 27.8%,single phase was 53.7%.In the control group,BBT of typical double phase was 9.3%,untypical double phase was 52.3%,single phase was 38.4%.The difference of BBT between the two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Comparison of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome: Before treated,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 15.07±3.258,in the control group was 14.90±2.869;After treated,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 6.13±2.245,in the control group was 13.50±2.556.The effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The way of treating polycystic ovary syndrome infertile patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with the method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle helped the growth of the endometrium and cervical mucus,improved the TCM syndrome,increased pregnancy rate.The total effective of it was better than the group of CC add estradiolvalerate.
