Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the "New Method of Regulating Menstrual Cycle"in the treatment of adolescent PCOS under the guidance of "7 Odd Numbers Law" of doctor Xia Guicheng,and to seek the innovative TCM clinical service model for facilitating patients.Methods:60 patients with kidney deficiency type adolescent PCOS were selected and randomly divided into two groups.29 cases in the experimental group were treated with the "New Method of Regulating Menstrual Cycle" under the guidance of "7 Odd Numbers Law",31 cases in the control group were treated with traditional Method of Regulating Menstruation Cycle",3 months as a course of treatment,3 courses were the most.To observe the general condition,menstrual cycle,basal body temperature,sex hormone level,insulin resistance index and gynecological ultrasonography of the two groups before and after each treatment,to evaluate the efficacy of the New Method of Regulating Menstrual Cycle.By counting the number of hospital visits of two groups of patients during the treatment,to evaluate the advantages of the New Method of Regulating Menstrual Cycle.The observed data were analyzed by the statistical analysis software of SPSS21.0,the measured data were analyzed by average number ± variance(X ± S),t test was took,and counting information was analyzed by chi-square test.Results:The New Method of Regulating Menstrual Cycle can shorten the menstrual cycle of kidney deficiency type adolescent PCOS patients,effectively restore biphasic body temperature,decrease testosterone,luteinizing hormone,fasting insulin of blood,improve acne,hirsutism and ovarian morphology,the comprehensive efficacy is significant.No significant difference was found compared with the traditional method,but it can reduce the number of hospital visits of the patients and medical cost.Conclusion:The New Method of Regulating Menstrual Cycle can effectively improve the menstrual cycle of adolescent PCOS patients,improve the state of endocrine disorders in patients,no obvious side effects,while reducing the cost of medical treatment,reduce the burden of medical care,improve patient compliance.It is a innovative TCM clinical service model for facilitating patients.
