The Clinical Observation Of Effects Of Ovulation Induction Cycle Of PCOS By Sequential Therapy Of Nourishing-Yin And Supplementing-Yang

Objective:Observat the clinical efficacy on sequential therapy of nourishing Yin and supplementing Yang of traditional Chinese medicine combined with clomiphene (CC), Gonal-F(r-FSH) interventing ovulation induction cycle of infertility patients with poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Provide ideas and methods for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of PCOS.Methods:Infertility patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups,namely, nourishing Yin and supplementing Yang of traditional Chinese medicine sequentially combined with CC/r-FSH group (experiment group,30cycles) and CC/r-FSH group (control group,32cycles). Observe treatment days until HCG injection day, endometrial thickness, above14mm and18mm follicles numbers in HCG injection day, and compare the two groups in the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS) and so on.Results:(1)The experiment group’s cure rate was36.7%and a total efficiency of86.7%,as a cure rate of12.5%and total efficiency of87.5%in control group, significant difference (P<0.05).(2) The treatment days until HCG injection day had no significant difference between two group.(3)A statistically significant difference between groups of endometrial thickness, above14mm and18mm follicles numbers in HCG injection day(P<0.05).(4) The experiment group and the control group’s ovulation rate, incidence rate of LUFS, OHSS, cycle cancelled rate had no significant difference.(5) The pregnancy rate of experiment group was36.7%, compared to control group, the pregnancy rate was12.5%, had statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:nourishing Yin and supplementing Yang of traditional Chinese medicine sequentially combined with CC/r-FSH can add single follicle development cycle, increase endometrial thickness, improve the pregnancy rate. The therapy has better clinical curative effect on PCOS induced ovulation cycle.
