The Clinical Study Of Functional Constipation By Professor Xinsheng Lai's Tongyuan Needing Technique

ObjectiveThis study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Tongyuan needing technique and conventional acupuncture,was designed to explore a more effective,safer,simpler,more durable treatment for clinical efficacy in the treatment of functional constipation and offer an innovative mindset.MethodsIn this study,a random sample was used to assign qualified subjects to 1-60,and 60 random numbers were generated by random number method.The patients were assigned to the treatment and control groups at a ratio of 1:1.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with Tongyuan acupuncture(Qihai,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Guilai,Large intestine).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The Two groups received the same method of operation,were treated 24 times.Results(1)There was significant difference in CCS score and APC-QOL score between before and after treatment,indicating that the CCS score and APC-QOL evaluation were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment.(2)There was significant difference in CCS score between the two groups after treatment,indicating that there were significant differences in CCS scores between the two groups after treatment.(3)The difference of PAC-QOL between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that there were significant differences in PAC-QOL scores between the two groups after treatment.(4)The overall effective rate was 83%in the control group and 89%in the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the overall efficacy group.ConclusionTongyuan needing technique and conventional acupuncture can effectively treat functional constipation,but Tongyuan needing technique is significantly better than conventional acupuncture in improving patient constipation symptoms and patient quality of life.
