Clinical Study On Delayed Menstrual Cycle Due To Kidney Deficiency With The Treatment Of Tongyuan Acupuncture Technique

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of tongyuan acupuncture technique and routine acupuncture therapy in treating delayed menstrual cycle,and to study the clinical efficacy,safety and advantages of tongyuan acupuncture in the treatment of delayed menstrual cycle,in order to seek a safe and effective new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.MethodsSixty cases of patients admitted to the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion,the outpatient department of gynecology and the outpatient department of traditional therapy in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Guangdong provincial Chinese Medicine Hospital and volunteers recruited through WeChat and other network channels from March 2018 to December 2018 were included according to the diagnostic criteria.According to the principle of random control,patients were divided into treatment group(tongyuan acupuncture technique group)and control group(routine acupuncture group),with 30 cases in each group.The changes of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume,menstrual quality,menstrual color and accompanying symptoms were observed before and after treatment and after follow-up for 3 months.The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software,and the clinical efficacy of tongyuan acupuncture and routine acupuncture in the treatment of delayed menstrual cycle was compared.Results1.Before treatment,there are no significant differences in age,course of disease,marital status,menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume,menstrual quality,menstrual color,concomitant symptoms and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect of menstruation regulation and syndrome curative effect index:the total curative effect of menstruation regulation in tongyuan acupuncture group was 96.67%,and the total curative effect of menstruation regulation in conventional acupuncture group was 80.00%(P<0.05).The effective rate of syndrome efficacy index of tongyuan acupuncture group was 96.67%and that of conventional acupuncture group was 93.33%(P<0.01).It indicates that tongyuan acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group can effectively treat the late period of kidney deficiency type menstruation,but tongyuan acupuncture group is better than the conventional acupuncture group in the curative effect of regulating menstruation and TCM syndromes.3.Comparison of menstrual cycle improvement:in the treatment period of 3 months and the follow-up period of 3 months,the menstrual cycle days and graded curative effect of tongyuan acupuncture group were all better than that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of improvement of TCM syndrome points:after three months of treatment,the effect of menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color,accompanying symptoms and overall TCM syndrome in the tongyuan acupuncture group was better than that in the general acupuncture group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the tongyuan acupuncture group and the general acupuncture group(P>0.05)in terms of menstrual period and menstrual quality improvement.ConclusionTongyuan acupuncture can effectively improve the menstrual cycle ans TCM syndromes of patients with kidney deficiency type of late menstruation in the aspect of regulating menstruation,menstruation in the tongyuan acupuncture group came to menstruation regularly after treatment,and the curative effect was significant and stable after stopping treatment,and curative effect was significantly better than that in the conventional acupuncture group.In terms of the improvement of TCM syndromes,both groups can effectively improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency,and the therapeutic effect of tongyuan acupuncture group is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Therefore,the original tongyuan acupuncture method created by professor lai xinsheng can effectively treat the late period of kidney deficiency type menstruation,which has the characteristics of high efficiency and safety,and is an effective treatment method in clinical treatment.
