Observe Ding Guisan Plaster And Massage Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Curative Effect

ObjectiveIn this study,the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation was treated by the combination of Ding Guisan and the combination of piroxicam and compared with piroxicam patch.The changes of the scale before and after treatment were observed to explore the effect of Ding Guisan on lumbar disc herniation Reduce pain,improve quality of life and restore the efficacy and safety of lumbar vertebrae,for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation to provide convenient and effective treatment.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from the outpatient department.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group(40 cases).The patients in the experimental group were treated with external dicilazepam and the control group was treated with piroxicam patch.The two groups were treated with the same massage therapy.Before treatment,the two groups were recorded in patients with baseline parameters such as gender,age,duration,limb and so on.VAS and ODI scores were recorded before and after treatment for two weeks.Two months after follow-up,the VAS and ODI scores were recorded before and after treatment.The values of SLR and Cobb were measured and the adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Data were collected and analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was compared and analyzed.Results1.There were no significant differences in baseline data such as sex,age,course of disease,limb,and VAS,ODI score,SLR and Cobb angle between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After two weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The VAS,ODI and Cobb angles were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the SLR was significantly higher than that before treatment The VAS score between the two groups was statistically different,and the overall score of the control group<test group,showed that the control group in the short term to reduce the effect of pain is better than the experimental group.There was no significant difference in ODI score,SLR,Cobb angle and ODI improvement rate between the two groups.3.After two months of treatment,the VAS,ODI and Cobb of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference of SLR was statistically significant compared with that before treatment.There was no significant difference in VAS,ODI and SLR values between the two groups.Cobb contrast,the test group was lower than the control group,there was a significant difference.ODI improvement rate,the two groups changed quite,but were higher than before and after treatment for two weeks.Conclusion1.Ding Gui San,piroxicam patch topical combination of massage,these two methods of treatment of LDH in the short and medium can achieve a certain effect.2.In the treatment of two weeks,piroxicam patch than Dinggui powder topical treatment of LDH in the relief of pain effect is more obvious;to improve the quality of life,improve the scoliosis and restore SLR angle effect is quite.3.In the treatment of two months,Ding Guisan scattered than piroxicam patch topical treatment of LDH in improving the efficacy of scoliosis is more ideal in reducing pain,improve quality of life and restore SLR angle effect is quite.4.Ding Guisan scattered external treatment of LDH is safe and effective,convenient and cheap advantages,in the clinical worthy of promotion and use.
