Incidence Of Lumbar Disc Prolapse Different Segmental Application Curative Effectr Observation Of Massage Therapy

Objective:To observe effect of massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herni ation in which lumbar45 segment and lumbar5sacrall segment,meanwhile co mpare the difference of treatments,provide the basis for the diagnosis and tre atment of lumbar disc herniation scientifically then make standard therapeuti c regimen for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Methods:Association Scores (JOA score)" as the standard of lumbar function evaluation index, contrast before and after treatment scores, statistical analy sis and compare the treatment difference between two groups.Results:Group A was 100% efficiency,the efficiency of group B was 96.7% ,the total efficacy of the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).The effect of massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in lumbar 45 segment is better than which in lumbar5sacrall.Conclusion:Massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect is re markable, however there are differences in different segments of the onset of treatment effect.The effect of massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in lumbar 5sacrall is worse than which in lumbar 45 s egment.
