ObjectiveThe aim of this study is to explore the clinical observation of the effect of needle warming moxibustion for functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGID)of liver-qi attacking stomach typeMethodsAccording to the research objectives and subjects(standard diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria),the standard of 60 cases of patients suffering from the FGIDs of liver-qi attacking stomach type were randomly divided into two groups(n=30)as follows:acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group(treatment group)and common acupuncture control group(CON goup). These two groups were treated with routine acupuncture and treatment group with moxibustion on Zhongwan and Zusanli 1-2 zhuang 1 times a day for 2 weeks. The cupuncture of acupoints are Zhongwan,Zusanli,Neiguan,Gongsun,Taichong. The changes of the patients before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared.ResultsCompared with treatment group, the symptom total scores of CON group showed no significant difference(P>0.05)before treatment, the two groups were comparable.1.Baseline analyseThe comparison of two groups in sex, age, course and degree of disease was statistically indistinguishable(P>0.05,P>0.05,P>0.05).2.The total score of symptomsCompared with the general acupuncture score before and after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total score before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.Compared with the total score before treatment, the score of symptoms in treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groupsCompared with the total score before treatment, the score of general symptoms of CON group was significantly lower than that of the general acupuncture control group(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference. There was no significant difference in the total score of symptoms between treatment group and CON group before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.The overall curative effect comparisonThe effective rate of treatment group was 70.70%,and the overall curative effect was better than that of CON group(64.96%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.SF-36 score comparisonThere was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.Compare with CON group,SF-36 score of treatment group was increased(P<0.01).In treatment group, the scores of SF-36 after treatment were increased compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In CON group, the scores of SF-36 after treatment were increased compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Safety and Side effect of the prescriptionNo adverse events occurred during the two groups of treatment, and no cases were observed or discontinued.Security is level 1.ConclusionThe acupuncture and moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture can improve liver-qi attacking stomach syndrome patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders after eating, abdominal distension, belching, early satiety, pantothenic acid, nausea and vomiting, appetite reduction and other gastrointestinal symptoms symptoms to a certain extent, limb weakness, epigastric pain, pharyngeal obstruction sensation and feeling abnormal symptoms, lassitude fatigue, irritability, insomnia and other symptoms of sleep. However, acupuncture and moxibustion group has better effect than acupuncture group on functional gastrointestinal disorders of hyperactive liver-qi attacking stomach syndrome.
