The Study Of Nervous Tinnitus By Abdominal Acupuncture

ObjectiveThrough the randomized controlled clinical study,compare the abdominal acupuncture and traditional acupuncture treatment of neurological tinnitus in the treatment,in the evaluation of abdominal acupuncture treatment of neurological tinnitus clinical efficacy,clear abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of neurological tinnitus to promote the use of value.MethodsIn this study,66 patients with neurological tinnitus were divided into treatment group and control group by simple randomized grouping.Each group of patients were treated 3 times a week,4 weeks for a course of treatment,follow-up time for the first 8 weeks.The THI scale,tinnitus severity scale and SF-36 quality of life scale were performed before treatment and the end of treatment was finished at the end of the fourth week.The results were observed at the end of the 8th week,and the database was established.ResultsThe total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of THI in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups could relieve tinnitus,and the two groups were compared after treatment,indicating that the treatment group had better advantage in improving tinnitus disability than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Tinnitus severity scale in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups could relieve tinnitus,and the two groups were compared after treatment,indicating that the treatment group had better advantage than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 scale in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups could relieve tinnitus,and the two groups were compared after treatment,indicating that the treatment group had better advantage than the control group(P<0.05).The functional F scores,emotional E score and severity C score of the THI tinnitus disability scale were compared before and after treatment,it can be considered that both groups can improve the functional,emotional and self-serious cognitive disorders of tinnitus patients(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the neurological tinnitus dysfunction(P<0.05).The treatment group was better able to control the emotional disorderin after comparing the emotional E score in two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the self-cognition of tinnitus between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionAbdominal acupuncture and traditional body acupuncture in the treatment of nervous tinnitus have clinical efficacy,abdominal acupuncture therapy in improving the degree of tinnitus in patients with disabilities,reduce the severity and improve the quality of life are superior to traditional body acupuncture therapy,but the two groups has no significant difference in the THI scale severity factor C.And through follow-up,found in the long-term efficacy of abdominal needle than the needle is better.The study determined the value of abdominal acupuncture treatment of nervous tinnitus.
