The Yanbian Between Area Endowment Institutions Self-efficacy And Self-esteem In The Elderly's Impact On Quality Of Life

Objectives:To understand the elderly pension organizations status,self-efficacy,self-esteem and life quality;To analysis of self-efficacy,self-esteem,quality of life in general differences in demographic characteristics;To clear pension agency the elderly self-efficacy,self-esteem,and the correlation between the quality of life;To explore the pension agency self-efficacy and self-esteem of the elderly's impact on quality of life.Methods:This study is non-experimental.using the convenience sampling method,the selection of Yan bian area endowment institutions study in the elderly.A total of 202 copies of collecting effective questionnaire 200,effective recovery rate was 99%.The main research tools include general information questionnaire,self-efficacy scale,self-esteem scale,quality of life scale.All the data by using the statistical software to sort spss19.0 analysis.Used percentage,mean,standard deviation to describe the general demographic characteristics of the elderly pension institutions,self-efficacy,self-esteem and the present situation of quality of life;Using t-test,one-way ANOVA,after the inspection comparison pension agency the elderly self-efficacy,self-esteem and life quality of the differences in demographic characteristics;Using Pearson correlation analysis endowment institutions self-efficacy in the elderly,the correlation of self-esteem and life quality;Application of multiple stepwise regression analysis the demographic data,self-efficacy and self-esteem in the quality of life for the elderly.Results:(1)Amount of self-efficacy research object table scored an average of 2.68± 0.58,Yanbian area of endowment institutions self-efficacy in the medium level in the elderly.Different cultural degree,occupation,the degree of chronic diseases,the source of life,life care,daily pastime of the pension institution of differences in self-efficacy elderly.It was statistically significant(p<0.05)or less,high degree of culture,engaged in professional,no chronic diseases,life source is given priority to pension.It can independent living,exercise as the main daily pastime of endowment institutions is relatively high index is higher.(4)Pearson correlation analysis display,Self-efficacy and quality of life show significant difference(p<0.01).The quality of life scores increased with the increase of self-efficacy scores is increased?Self-esteem and life quality show significant difference(p?0.01).The quality of life score increases with self-esteem scores?Self-efficacy scores and self-esteem scores were significantly positive correlation,the correlation coefficient of 0.422.Self-efficacy scores and the quality of life scores were significantly positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is 0.606,self-esteem score and quality of life scores were significantly positive correlation,the correlation coefficient of 0.271.(5)The multiple stepwise regression analysis results show that the influence factors of quality of life can provide for oneself,presence of chronic diseases,life source,self-efficacy,have significant statistical significance(p<0.01).According to the influence degree of order of self-efficacy(?= 0.485),without chronic diseases(?=0.177),(?= 0.167),The life can provide for oneself life source(?=0.159).Conclusions:(1)Self-efficacy in yan bian of areaendowment institutions the elderly is medium level,The high degree of culture,engaged in professional,no chronic diseases,life source is given priority to with pension,can independent living,exercise as the main daily pastime endowment institutions self-efficacy scores in the elderly is higher,self-efficacy level is good.(2)The Yan bian of area endowment institutions the elderly is low levels of self-esteem,Which is suitable for high school or technical secondary school education,life source is given priority to with pension,life can provide for oneself,to the media to get health knowledge as the main way of pension agency seniors scored higher self-esteem,self-esteem level is good.(3)The Yan bian of area endowment institutions the elderly life quality is poorer,the high degree of culture,engaged in professional,no chronic diseases,life source is given priority to with retirement pension institutions,voluntary registration,can to independent living the elderly life quality score is higher,better quality of life.(4)The Yan bian of area endowment institutions the elderly self-efficacy,self-esteem,and was significantly positively related to the quality of life condition.(5)The main factors influencing the quality of life in the elderly pension institutions have life can provide for oneself,the presence of chronic diseases,the source of life and self-efficacy,the total explanation rate is 44.8%.
