ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of combination of bixieshenshi decoction and clotrimazole on patients with VVC with damp-heat.MethodsAccording to the principle of randomized control,80 cases of gynecological outpatient treatment in our hospital from June to October in 2016 were divided into treatment group and control group in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study.The treatment group were treated with the combination of bixieshenshi decoction and clotrimazole for 7 days,while the control group were treated with clotrimazole for 7 days.When the patient first came to hospital for treatment,record the patient's basic information,illness and laboratory tests.The follow-up time was three days after the drug withdrawal.Record the Cleanliness classification,VVC score,TCM syndrome score,etc of the patients pretherapy and post-treatment.Observe the WC recurrence on the cured,excellent,effective patients third month after the drug withdrawal.According to efficacy to determine the standard before and after treatment of the efficacy of comparison.According to the results of clinical trial data for statistical analysis to determine the treatment group and the control group the difference between the efficacy and advantages.ResultsThe treatment group and the control group after treatment VVC score between groups,P<0.05,the two groups had significant differences in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 97.5%,the control group was 80%,by Fisher?2 test,Comparison of efficacy,P<0.05,the treatment group than the control group.Compared with the control group,the treatment group and the control group had significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment There was no significant difference in cleanliness before treatment,and there was significant difference in cleanliness after treatment,suggesting that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.After treatment,the patients in the treatment group were examined for 3 days.The negative rate was 90%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group.Fisher ?2 test was performed between the two groups.Compared with the control group,P<0.05,There was a significant improvement in the negative rate of fungal examination in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 90%in the control group,and the effective rate was 90 cases in the control group.The total effective rate in the control group was 7 cases,19 cases were effective,1 case was effective,The effective rate was 67.5%,compared with the control group,P<0.05,the treatment group after treatment significantly improved efficacy,compared with the total effective rate of the control group,P<0.05,the treatment group than the control group.Compared with the control group,P<0.001,the treatment group of TCM syndrome score was significantly improved,the total effective rate of the two groups,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group.Compared with the control group,P<0.05,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly improved.ConclusionUsing combination of bixieshenshi decoction and clotrimazol on treatment of hot and humid vaginal vulvovaginal candidiasis can reduce the recurrence rate of VVC,Candida to and increase the candida turn rate.The clinical efficacy of using combination of bixieshenshi decoction and clotrimazol is better than simply use clotrimazole Vaginal film,which provide for a clinical treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis to effective clinical basis.
