Purpose : Through a large sample of vulvovaginal candidiasis (vulvovaginal candidasis,VVC) the related factors of the epidemiological investigation, provide the basis for the incidence of blocked VVC. Use of Chinese medicine,"the first rule is not sick"the overall modulating view, use Bixieshenshi soup systemic medication, and recurrent cases of refractory VVC treatment intervention , effective in reducing the recurrence rate VVC improve the cure rate. Methods: (1) meet the selection criteria and observed by using uniform questionnaire developed, survey 922 cases, a detailed hand questionnaire, physical examination, fill in a form. Summary Statistics disease related factors. (2) of Intervention: a case for duration of 6 months, 3-6 months, relapse 3 or more clinical symptoms cured by local treatment of patients with VVC after the target, aged 20 to 50 years old; be randomly divided 2 groups, more than 30 cases in each group. Wetting with Bixieshengshi soup water simmer in water, in the first 7 days and by the net two days after the oral administration of a week, even the service two menstrual cycle, tracking 6 months, the average recurrence were observed number of days, the average recurrence rate, derived intervention treatment of refractory the effects of recurrent VVC conclusions. All data using SPSS 13.0 statistical software package. Results: VVC in the incidence of vaginal inflammation was 49%, the recurrence rate of 50%, the average incidence rate of 13.4% again. VVC was significantly higher incidence of vaginitis (P <0.05). Vulvovaginal yeast disease risk factors were often Washing Bath lavage (OR = 22.015), use of unclean hygiene (OR = 12.852), the abuse of antibiotics (OR = 8.344) such as the closely related factors. Different treatment of sexual partners (OR = 24.723), often Washing Bath lavage (OR = 14.665), the abuse of antibiotics (OR = 10.344) and other factors closely related with recurrent VVC. Wetting with Bixieshenshi soup Intervention Treatment of refractory recurrent VVC, before treatment, the average recurrence rate was 13.6% and 13.2%, treatment group before and after the repeated incidence of treatment were 10.6% and 3.1%, the treatment group before and after intervention P < 0.05, significantly different; the two groups after treatment P <0.05, significantly different. The average number of days and number of intervention relapse after treatment P <0.05, significant difference.Conclusion:①VVC in the incidence of vaginal inflammation in the highest incidence rate in the higher;②VVC and recurrent disease often closely related to factors outside the hip bath wash lavage, different treatment of sexual partners, the abuse of antibiotics, pregnancy, diabetes, use of unclean sanitary etc.;③Wetting Bixieshenshi soup Intervention treatment of refractory recurrent VVC recurrence reduce the average number of days and the average recurrence was significantly lower relapse rate.
